Like so many others, he never came back to fix a huge crack in my front patio. The patio cracked a few months after the job was completed. He eas surprised because a crack so big shouldn't happen so quickly. He won't return calls or texts and it's been almost a year. Customer BEWARE!

We have used been using Core Scapes for the past 5 years and have been extremely pleased with every job Brian and his crew have done for us! This past job was a new front walkway and stone stairs leading to the front door. The work was gorgeous!! He has wonderful vision and has gone above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect before he is through with the job. We have recommended him to many of our friends!

We have used Corescapes for several projects and repairs at our home for over 5 years. Our steps were pulling away from the front door and when Corescapes was making the repair, we noticed there were also drainage issues that were addressed and fixed. In addition, we have had Corescapes build a custom outdoor kitchen with lighting and re-landscape a portion of our walkway to the kitchen. It is beautiful and the custom details are well-done. We have had problems with our driveway and Brian was able to repair that as well. We have been beyond pleased with Corescapes and the level of customer service that they deliver. We will use them for additional jobs in the future. They guarantee their work and stand by their word... thank you!!

Our experience with Brian has been great. He's completed several jobs for us - big and small. Corescapes built our beautiful firepit and stone patio with landscape lighting and plantings - many of which he replanted from other areas in our yard to help us stay within budget. He has also worked for many of our neighbors who have been happy with his work. He still stops by when he is in the neighborhood to say hello and be sure we are happy with the project -we are :). We would definitely hire him again and continue to refer him.

Brian graded my lawn and replaced my sod in my front yard in 2014 and in my back yard in 2015. He replaced some sod that died between 2014 and 2015, but this year he stopped answering phone calls or returning text messages when I contacted him about sections of sod that did not come back despite hiring the lawn care company he recommended. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Hopefully we'll be able to come to a resolution. Brian was a great sales man, but his follow through on his promises and contract warranty has been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend working with his company again.
Graded lawn, installed zoysia sod in front yard and back yard, attempted to fixed drainage issues with the lawn, built a wooden fence.

Brian was a typically accommodating sales person. Follow up was awful. We still have dead sod. He does not return phone calls or emails. Says he is coming out and never does.

I used Brian/Corescapes for a $10K+ backyard project. He overcharged me, broke my sprinklers, broke my cable/internet, failed to finish the project, and then stopped returning my calls. TERRIBLE! Toward the end of my project, Brian asked me to pay the invoice, which he quickly showed me on his ipad. He promised to come the following work day and finish up the last few things. He also promised to come in a few weeks and roll the yard where his bobcat made trenches and to reseed in the spring. I took him at his word and paid the invoice. Well - he never came back. And he has stopped returning my calls. I have called/texted/emailed over a dozen times, and NOTHING from him. After he left, I realized that he had overcharged me and had also broken two sprinkler heads (which we had specifically asked him to avoid). I also discovered that he had been burning all of the wooden pallets that were used during the project in our (new) fire pit and had failed to remove the nails, so there were literally hundreds of nails in the fire pit. In addition, since he was last here, I have continually been having cable and internet outages. He apparently severed a cable during the project, and he told me he had fixed it, but it has never worked the same. Big problem for me because I work from home. Also, once our grass sprouted, we can clearly see that the area where his bobcat made trenches because no grass had grown in those trenches. My advice: FIND SOMEONE ELSE!!!!

I invited this company to install sod on my back yard and front yard. The job was partially done but never has been finished. No results of texting and calling the owner, Brian. never hire theese guys. Be aware.

Have to agree with mizjanega's review. Brian and his crew did a pretty nice job on my backyard, last March, which included stonework, landscaping and a drip irrigation system. As part of this job, there were 6 large Italian Cypress trees planted, and these started to almost immediately brown up and were dead within 60 days. I repeatedly contacted Brian via emails, text messages, phone calls, and was repeatedly assured this would be taken care of. They finally did remove the dead brown trees, leaving the stumps, but have NEVER come back to re-place these dead plants. Guess that 1 year warranty that Core Scapes offers is pretty worthless. Additionally, I've had some issues with the irrigation system, and landscape lighting, but haven't even bothered to contact Brian on these issues - why waste my time ? I would urge anyone considering using CoreScapes to understand that once the job is done, you really have no warranty!

Attitude needs some adjustment and as far as quality of work, he needs to get out of the business of installing drains. All of the drain work I had him install had to be redone after a few months. Really bad work.

Initially I was very upset to read this review, we pride ourselves on customer referral, customer relations and following through with what we sell ( say what you do, do what you say). I met with Mrs Jones on a Tuesday and promised install by that Friday, thought she may have been having guests for Labor Day Weekend. We worked at her house the entire day as she made comments throughout, honestly if you do not think I know what I am doing than do not hire me. In any event she was filled with comments and negatives about other contractors, we completed the job around 3 pm and let her know we would roll the sod in 3 weeks allowing time for root development ( which made sense to her) and she paid us in full for the work. The following week I received a call on the 4th reporting that there may be a leak in the irrigation, I returned the call that evening to say I would have a tech there the following morning. Next morning receive text saying she never heard from me and called someone else to look for leak. In addition on the 5th received an email at 3:45 asking if we could roll sod following Tuesday after 3 or Wednesday so she would not need to miss work( clearly stated that we do not roll sod for 3 weeks). Instead of waiting to my desired date to roll, we rolled her sod Saturday @ approximately 1:15pm, it took roughly 5 min and she came out screaming saying that we were inconsiderate and that we did not call ahead. I initially felt as if I was being personally attacked but upon further investigation, she is a notorious complainer who has wrote 19 reviews on Kudzu in which 15 were negative mostly against small businesses that provide services. Readers Beware!
Brian just finished a re-grade and re-sod for our yard and it looks wonderful. We are also happy with our new patio that he installed. Brian and his crew were very professional and a pleasure to work with.
