I've been a loyal Covaco customer for 2 years! They always treat me fairly and give me fair prices for the work that'd done on my vehicle. I am a young, professional woman and didn't find a trustworthy mechanic until I started going here. The work is quality and if it's not, they'll fix it with a receipt. The only two drawbacks: you will wait a while, and they may not have the part you need. How do I get around that?--Call ahead! Tell them what's wrong along w/make & model of your car and they can tell you if something will need to be ordered. As far as the wait, I have a friend pick me up or I bring my computer & catch up on work. The only people to touch my car.

They treated my daughter so bad when she went for an oil change. Never told her a price, had her waiting 2 hours and when she asked what was taking so long, they said they had to order an oil filter. They told her she also needed an air filter. They started washing her car for a fee - she reminded them she only came for an oil change. Charged $32 for a 3-hour oil change because they said they worked overtime to change her oil! They did not have the oil filter that they never told her would cause them to work overtime! She disputed the price and asked for a discount because of her inconvenience and asked for her keys. The "owner" told her he was trying to run a business and that was the price. He claimed Jesus was the ultimate owner when my daughter asked who owned the shop.
