TRY THE CHOPPED SALAD, who knew salad ingredients could be so good together. Toasted corn, bleu cheese, with smoked salmon and other items this salad is beautiful and really good! The rest of the menu is memorable as well but go for the salad and you'll be happy.

It's a very nice restaurant that isn't played up too much. Friendly, inviting, comfortable - but on the classier side. All of our meals and our wine were delicious. I would definately suggest a weekend meal for out of town guests, a special date or for a special occassion. Worth the drive.

Cowboy Ciao is unforgettable! They have a mushroom and polenta dish that is to die for. You also have to try the Stetson salad and don't forget to save room for one of their delectable desserts!

I took my brother who is from Utah to Cowboy Ciao to give him a different experience. I wanted something that he doesn't get in Utah. He LOVED it! The food was great and so was the dessert. I loved the atmosphere, you would feel comfortable in jeans or in business attire. Highly Recommended!

Cowboy Ciao never disappoints. Great location, great atmosphere, great food, great service. They have a wonderful chef and the menu has a range of items to choose from. It is upscale but not stuffy at all. The chocolate pot de creme desert is my favorite of all time! And Kazmierez, the little wine bar around the corner is a great place to hit right afterwards!

Wonderful food and atmosphere especially if you want something different. As usual in Scottsdale, it's an exquisite place to dine with great food and a surprisedly large variety of wine. Love wine! Who knew pot pies could be chocolate?

This is a great place to go for a special lunch or dinner out. They have one of the valley's largest wine selections as well as a unique and tastely menu. Must try: the Stetson chopped salad and their amazing mai tais! Pastry chef Tracy Dempsey is a wonder! Try her chocolate pot pie and selection of sorbets. My favorite restaurant in town.

The food is unique and the fusion techniques are impressive. The prices are high, but try to grab a seat at the wine bar (only seats four) and make sure to try their signature chopped salad with salmon. Yum!
