We took my parents to Craftsteak for a special dinner and were not disappointed. The food was superb and the service was also very good, though they seemed less attentive with our table than with those who purchased their expensive bottles of wine. Any of their steaks are fantastic; we ordered and shared a few different steaks (ribeye, bison). The only low point of the meal was the dessert; we ordered the monkey bread and I was disappointed at how pedestrian it was. Save for that one menu item, I would highly recommend Craftsteak to anyone.

We frequent Las Vegas and make a point to have a reservation here every time. We have never been disappointed. Several of the staff members have been with them for many years as we recognize many of them upon our regular return. One of the menu items we always have that we love is the risotto. It doesn't matter what cut or type of meat we order, it's always mouth-watering. The wine selection is always great and the sommelier always selects a great wine for us. We try to go before a show or have an early evening reservation when the restaurant is more quiet and the staff is fresh and ready to go. Even if we end up making a late night reservation - it's a great meal with great service. I recommend giving this restaurant a try.

My daughter and I had the kobe beef and filet mignon. But the surprise was the somnlier who came to the table and let us test three different wines from various regions of Spain. My daughter had a favorite she was trying to find. Good service.

This place is manic and noisy, but has some of the best steak in Vegas. My favorite is the Hanger Steak, which just melts in your mouth. Be prepared, however, it's worth your life to get a reservation, and it is always packed and boisterous.
