Dr. Moore is by far the best physician I have ever had the pleasure to meet. He spent a great deal of time explaining the reasons for my pain! Not in and out in 5 minutes look most. I have referred him to several friends and colleague's and all have similar experiences!! Wonderful doctor in my opinion.

I found the staff at this office to be unprofessional, incompetent and downright dishonest. I have no issue with Dr. Moore or his care but I have never had this kind of billing and accounting nightmare with any other doctors office in my 47 years on earth. I regret the day I ever walked into this office.

I have no idea who the last person was talking about, but there is no one in Dr. Moore's office by the name Quienten? Dr. Moore and his office is wonderful, treats you with respect and honesty, I had a 2 level dis and all is well!! thank you and my mother is having surgery with Dr. Moore

First, full disclosure. 1. I have never been to a neurosurgeon before so I have nothing to rate the specific neurological care against. So, went into the office and I was the first appointment and the first person called back. I had the expectation that I would be seeing DR. moore, wrong. I got his PA, nice guy, just not my expectation. Went in with my MRI, which was read by the PA and received treatment by the PA. Now, my sister is a PA, so I have absolutely nothing against being treated by one, but when you are the first appointment on your first visit, you expect to see a doctor. Second, ALL of the orthopedic doctors I have seen in the past are kind enough to show me my MRI results and explain to me what is happening. I was given a quick explanation of my issue, a prescription for some drugs (steroids), physical therapy, and a brace. Not at all out of the ordinary, but I was expected to tell the PT about my issue and with what little information that was provided to me by the PA, I had very little to relay. All of the information of what was expected of the PA was on a little sheet with some checkmarks highlighting the therapies chosen. The final straw was when I was told that the prosthetics people would be giving me a call to set up a time for the back brace. I received a phone call from that company 14 days after my visit. The prosthetic people received it 11 days (a friday) after my visit. Not Impressed at all with the practice.
