Took our dog there because she was lethargic. They did an ultrasound and said she had "something" on her kidney and needed to do a biopsy to rule out cancer. Well they kept her overnight and in the middle of the night we got a call from a VET TECH who stated that she collapsed and was bleeding internally! The vet had supposedly examined her and we could wait till morning to see what happens or euthanize her. In the middle of the night, the whole family piled into the care and drove there in a magor snow storm. She was laying on an xray table, struggling to breath with an abdomen bloated from internal bleeding. We decided to euthanize her as she seemed beyond hope and they felt she had cancer. Well needless to say we never got the results and obviously they knicked something during the biopsy but would not admit they did anything and demanded full payment (close to $900.00) before they would euthanize her after their mistake! STAY AWAY!!!!!

Brought our dog Ridley into their hospital as an emergency with pancreatitis. They operated on her, removed gallbladder, tumors, and repaired her intestines (sounds bad, I know). A VET TECH called us from the operating table and advised that Ridley had cancer and doctors recommend euthanizing her. A DOCTOR never came to the phone. We elected to get biopsy and Ridley was returned to ICU. After three days, Ms. Breitlach, the owner and HIGH PRIESTESS OF EUTHANASIA, released Ridley from medical care stating there was nothing more they could do. A week later, the biopsy comes back NO CANCER. They wanted to put Ridley back in hospital because they "now know how to treat her", however, she developed an abdominal infection. We put that poor body to sleep. Had she been in the hospital all along she may be alive today. Karin Susan Breitlach is a monster and extremely arrogant. Will never admit a mistake and is a well versed liar.

Compassionate, state-of the-art, reasonable charges and most of all the best vets I've ever met. Dr. Karin has been a savior to me with my pet. She sustained a fall and became completely paralyzed and incontinent. After chiro treatment, she has a great quality of life again. No more incontinence and almost on her four feet. She's a skunk and can't have meds given to dogs or she would be 100%. Technician Liz is as good as they get. I travel 1 1/2 hours each way and believe me, it's worth it!

I'm so sorry I ever brought my pet here for an emergency visit. Something simple turned into an unnecessary surgery a week after my pet was admitted. No information, no communication, no instructions. Horrible care!!! STAY AWAY.
