Critters found a way into our house in January when we started calling different companies for quotes. We went with the low cost bidder which turned out to be a HUGE mistake. After more than two months of failed attempts to seal our house we switched to CRITTER CONTROL. From the first time they came out in astronaut suits to treat our attic and basement to the recent time when ancillary work was done to seal outside areas that remotely could be breached they have always gone a step above the competition. Jay and his crew are consummate professionals and need to be commended.

Anytime you pay to get rid of a mouse it feels expensive. The reality though is that I had to drive to someones house to kill a mouse then it would not be free. Since I don't have time to chase mice I called critter control. One of my clients used them. I am writing this because I watched them take care of one of my customers. He said that they had been out to his house multiple times making sure that they lived up to the guarantee they offer. I was blown away. He lives miles from their shop. All they did for me was get rid of mice. But they are gone. I guess my cat is lazy lol

Understand what Critter Control's 3-year warranty really is...worthless. They will use this guarantee to convince you their overpriced quote is worth it. I paid Critter Control $600 to seal up my house (probably 10-12 openings), trap, and guarantee a three year warranty that "no rodents would re-gain entry". I was very upset when they sent me a bill for $400 dollars when my tenant tried to exercise the warranty (calls unanswered for 3 weeks) 9 months later when chipmunks had tunneled simply 3 new holes into the crawlspace. I was then told the warranty applies ONLY to the previously sealed cracks.

Had a snake in the flowerbed. It was a big one. Called Critter Control and they were here in 20 minutes. He caught the snake and checked the basement and attic for any rodents that could be attracting the snake.
