Have enjoyed Cube Libre for over 5 years but have seen a decline in quality and customer awareness. They have implemented a restrictive policy for groups of 15 or more people. Want to go out with a bunch of friends and desire to make a reservation in advance? Forget it unless you want to sign a contract and be willing to guarantee minimum charges with your credit card...which for our group amounted to a guarantee of $30 per person. Whats even worse? Try to contact the management or corporate management to express disatisfaction with the issue and be ignored. Cuba Libre has been spoiled by their own success. Its impossible to gather a group of friends for a leisurely dinner without committing your own arm-and-a-leg up front. Their corporate attitude has become so arrogant they dont even acknowledge a customer inquiry about an issue. While the food is creative and good, the service has become marginal, the place is looking a bit worn on the edges and the restrooms need better attention during peak hours. This was always one of my favorite spots but we now go somewhere else.

They have great food, and great drinks! I love to eat their with my sister! We usually get two different dishes then share! It is a great place to go with friends! But get there early! I have had to wait for a seat!

I love this place from beginning to end! Start with the plantain chips with great sauces. I always get the Taco plate where you can pick your choice of tacos - and there are many yummy choices. My favs are the BBQ pork and the beef tenderloin with onion. The jerk frites are good if you're not in the mood for black beans. If you still have room for dessert, they're huge, so plan to share. Can you tell I'm a fan?

The food is great, unusual combinations of flavor that all work very well. I have been here about 15 times. Yes, I love it, I keep coming back. The bar makes a GREAT MOJITO. The best in the city. I've have had several of the other restaurant themed drinks and they were all very good. I just loved the mojitos. The bad news is you have to valet park. There isnt a place to park otherwise. Since my car is a standard instead of automatic this sometimes worries me. They had to leave my car in a space in the front because none of them could drive it! So I parked myself... and tipped them. Go figure! Additionally, it is crowded and loud so dont expect an intimate evening!

This is a hip place on a weekend night and a little too noisy if you want to really talk, but the food is great. All kinds of interesting items on the menu. I like the plantain chips and the huge selection of tacos - there's one with pineapple, pork asado, and mango salsa that's great.
