I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for outstanding service provided this week by both your trash and recycling collection crews. Due to construction, access to several houses in our development were blocked, ours included. Instead of skipping us, both of your crews literally ran down our street to collect our trash and recycling. For the record this is not new. We've not had a single issue since our service began with Custom Disposal. Thanks guys!

Worst disposal service...if you have a choice pick another group. They won't pick up my weekly trash because it's not curbside enough so driver goes past it every week. This is a new community of townhomes...putting garbage any further will be in the driveway. They want $10 more to come back and pick up, meanwhile this is a service included in my HOA ($235)...ridiculous.

I contacted Custom Disposal late on a Friday evening about a concern that something valuable had been thrown away by accident. I did not expect to hear anything until the following work week. However, Brian Warren personally contacted me that night and assured me that they had recovered my property. What an incredible service. Custom Disposal takes care of our new neighborhood and they have done an excellent job these past 3 years. I can tell this company takes a lot of pride in their work and excellent service.

Didn't get a bill this last period. I didn't even think about it. This morning, there was no trash pick up, so I called to ask why. They said it was because we didn't pay the bill. So, I said, well, we've paid the bill every quarter for the past 15 years or forever, didn't you think there was something wrong? The woman who answered claimed they had left notices on the trashcan (NO THEY HAVEN'T), left voicemail messages (NO THEY HAVEN'T), sent emails which unfortunately, we have never seen. She says she has proof they were delivered. We don't see them anywhere. Bottom line, no trash pick up today and I have to wait until next week. I paid her over the phone and then called back to research her claims all of which proved to be untruths. So, I called back and told her I expected a refund for today now that I had paid in full and I should not expect today's service. She couldn't understand why I was entitled to a refund so I explained to her that it was because I was told I wouldn't get service today. Being a long-time customer means nothing to these people anymore and the lady I dealt with for years is no longer there. This company is going down hill fast. UPDATE My husband got a telephone call from the vice president of the company. The VP picked up our garbage himself in his pickup truck after having read the above. THAT is customer service. Because of his actions, we will NOT be getting another garbage pick up service at this time.

This is a locally owned company and I have found them to be the most reliable of all the companies I have used over the last 30 years. They also do a custom pickup of larger items.

very rude company, office staff very disrespectful, rude,and obnoxious. No respect for customer. Overlook bill and paid late fee.Payment sent through bill pay. No trash pick up until check is received and yet still a customer. Been with them since 2003 and yet treated like dirt. Need to have competition and will raise this issue at next board meeting to bring in another trash company. custom disposal in not worthy of 1 star. I was treated the same way others have been treated. There is absolutely no customer service from that office. Every time I raised a point I was put on hold. This office manager is so disrespectful. The rest of the staff behave just like her cause of no better role model. Until there is competition this company will continue to carry their tyrant behavior. Your office staff has given so many accounts a reason to switch to another company for their disposal needs. I cannot understand after reading all of these negative reviews that the office staff continues to bully customers. Once a late fee has been applied service should not be interrupted until the next billing cycle. There was communication between the office with respect to payment coming from bill pay. The office is aware of time to receive payment from bank and should work with customer in situation like mine. There was absolutely no reason to disrupt service for 3 weeks. In no time did the office mention online payment thru the site and pay the $3.00 fee. Please change the office staff

First of all, we have been using Custom for 13 years. They are higher priced and I have to call every year to ask for a match/discount. During the first few times, they were a little rude about it, but I let it go. My husband asked for some replacement stickers for the top of the cans, and Tonya, the "manager" was terse and told him to print them out himself and tape them on. I finally called today, and it was the iron in the fire. Tonya told me about the pick up fee, which I balked at, and she told me to let her speak. She told me that I could call and get them to match prices, so I started to explain that I have done that for the last few years and was tired of continually having to beat them down and get locked in for a year, as I was speaking she spoke over me the entire time. I asked her to let me speak, just as I let her speak, and she told me, the customer, mind you, that I was disrepectful and hung on me. Well, I need to cancel service, so I called back and as "nicely" as I could this time, asked to speak to her manager. I am the manager she said. Ok, well let me speak with your boss. She said not until I spoke to her respectfully. Now, I don't know how much nicer I could have been that second call because I now REALLY wanted to get rid of them. And she hung up again and would NOT LET ME cancel service! My husband had to call to cancel service for me, which she threatened not to let him. Unbelievable. Custom Disposal has been taking care of our garbage pickup for 11 years. We live in E. Cobb and can not speak more highly of their company. The crew is friendly, courteous, and very professional in the service. that they provide for us. They really go out of their way to take care of any special needs we might have. What a great customer service they have! We just started using Custom Disposal Service Inc. and they are meeting all our wishes. A special thank you to Tonya, she's truly great to work with. Their response time is phenomenal and their honesty is golden. Definitely recommend this company to anyone who asks me!

We have used Custom Disposal for ten years! They prove, year after year, to be dependable. The office staff is always helpful and the truck staff are more than accommodating, so polite and so nice! They respond immediately to all questions immediately. A+ for customer service! Thanks for caring about your business and ours! :)

I have been using Custom for 22 years. They are always timely, friendly, neat and professional. Locally owned business and for a long time most employees were full time firemen working a 2nd job. Custom deserves my loyalty and they have it! Pam Bailey

We've used Custom for years, after switching from a service that was hit-or-miss, rude, and more expensive. I'm only sorry we didn't switch sooner! They are professional, dependable, and very good at informing us of any changes. After a year or so, the composting facility they'd been using shut down. Most places would just change your service without telling you, but Custom sent a detailed letter explaining what they were doing, what our options were, etc. We have a huge rolling recycle container, which we easily fill up every other week, and a small bag of trash picked up every week. I can't imagine all of that going to landfills! I can't recommend them enough!

Consistently on time, neat, and friendly. Been using them for years. You wouldn't think picking up trash would be that difficult, but Custom is the only service that I've had that seemed to really care about doing a great job. I switched to BFI briefly, but switched back to Custom after a year.

We have been using Custom Disposal since we moved to Marietta 10 years ago. They have always been professional, timely and have great customer service. They have never missed a day and I highly recommend them.
