Cuvee Del Mar is less than a mile from the ocean and has unobstructed views of the lagoon. The restaurant is painted in natural tones reflecting the sandstone of the area and the forest greens of the natural preserve. The cuisine is Californian with beef, duck, pork, ribs, chicken and seafood entrees. Appetizers, soups, stews, salads, sandwiches, wraps, pastas, side dishes and desserts complete the menu. There is a international wine list featuring red and white selections.
