Contacted these folks about having my auto serviced, first time experience with them. They called and gave me an estimate, work performed as agreed and right on target. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

These people are a bunch of crooks. The people the work here and the owner. Do not even take your car here for an oil change. They got me for $2800.00 for a busted water hose. They took the top part of my engine apart saying they had too to replace a 4" water hose. They didn't even contact me prior to disassembling my engine. Please take my advice and stay away from these people. Check BBB. I am not a competitor.

We would never charge someone 2800.00 for a busted water hose. Whom ever this customer is I am sure is aware that whatever was charged to work on the vehicle was justified and we never work on a vehicle without approval it seems as though this customer has a difficult time getting their facts straight. C.V Experts would like to see the receipt where you were charged 2800.00 for a water hose Im sure you will not be able to produce that because it never happened not for a water hose I believe you have a difficult time telling the truth If you think you were charged 2800.00 for a busted water hose then fax us the invoice or come in and let us see the invoice so we can better explain to you what you were charged for if in fact you have done business with us since you don't state you name. Before you slam a business you need to have your facts straight and yours are not. I believe that would be called slander and there are lawsuits for that. We take complaints very seriously at C.V. Experts you have never called or came in to complain to us about this matter. Your nameless who hides behind their computer and slanders people.
I have had all my cars - and believe that has been many cars - serviced at CV Experts since it opened. The customer service and car repair service has always been first rate. The shop explains what the problem is, gives you your options and let's you make the decision with no pressure. I have always appreciated that they look out for the safety of my family as they do repair work. My kids - now grown - drive an hour from the other side of Atlanta to get their cars repaired here. I would not consider taking my cars anywhere else and neither should you.

I had two CV's replaced with the lifetime guarantee. When I went back a couple of years later for warranty replacement I was told the replacement labor would be $150 each. Checking with another local mechanic they quoted $150 per CV including parts and Labor, Life time guarantee and $80 labor for future replacements . AutoZone sells the CV for $79.00 To me it appears this business builds in the cost of the parts to their warranty labor. I tried to speak to the owner who did not return my calls. If the warranty is important to you go somewhere else this business really does not stand behind their Guarantee in my opinion.

This customer cannot expect to get everything for free. After 90 days there is a labor charge it is noted on the invoice. The charge of labor depends on the vehicle. This customer also self diagnoised there vehicle C.V. Experts was never given the opportunity to look at the vehicle again. So for all we know the vehicle had other problems as well that may not have had anything to do with the axles at all. This customer also could not or would not show the quote from the other mechanic. C.V. Experts's policy is match or beat the price by 10% if the other business is giving the same warranty and new parts. C.V. Experts has not been in business for the years that they have by not standing behind our work and product.
I have been to CV Experts more than once. the first for a radiator repair in which the price on the phone tripled once I brought my truck in. Because it is difficult and time consuming to seach for a good repair shop AND a quote by phone is sometimes inaccurate, I decided to give them another chance. Bad move. A warning light came on as I was leaving the shop and the mechanic said it would go off after driving it a while. Yeah, sure. Of course, it did not. I now have front brake pads that were not designed for my vehicle (without sensors) and CV refusing to install the correct brakes (with sensors)without charging me a substantial price more, plus labor. If they were not familiar with brakes for my vehicle, they should not have attempted to install them. I am now riding around, minus $150, with the wrong brakes for my car and the brake warning light flashing on each time I start it.

This customer did not want to replace or turn the brake rotors and he did not want to pay for the sensors. The customer only wanted brake pads. Therefore there will be a squeak in the brake system. The customer was informed that the sensors needed replaced as well as the rotors. The customer declined the service. Therefore the customer got what he paid for.
Reliable and trustworty, excellent service, fair prices, and wonderful people. I have been going here for over 6 years now and I have never had a bad experience. The owner is super nice and really wants to make everything is done properly. I have never felt like this place was just trying to make a buck off of me, and I am a woman.
