When walking into D & K you almost want to say, "Pardon me that I interrupted you." What happened to, "Hello," or "Hello, I'll be right with you," as a common courtesy greeting? With that being said, I do like D & K and do recommend them as a business offering superior products. Have used them for several years and will continue doing business with this company. The service technician, Shaun, is absolutely outstanding. Get past the luke-warm initial greeting and give them a try.

UNBELIEVABLE RIP OFF - I took my 1 yr old steel 2 cycle product in for service that was running. They told me that it would cost more than what it was worth to fix it and I should just throw it away. SO I proceeded to take it to another company for their recommendations and they were able to fix it UNDER WARRANTY!!! I recommend this company to NO ONE.

I brought my mower in because the bolt that holds the blade on was stuck. They took two weeks to fix it and never called me with n update until it was done two weeks later. When I called after a week they said a technician had not yet looked at it. I was pleasantly surprised when they decided not to charge me for the repair until I noticed that had dented the front of the mower. They offered to bump the dent out, but if fixing a bolt took 2 weeks and ended in a dented front end I am not about to let the have my mower again. When I got home I noticed that they sharpened the blade but put back a broken washer under the bolt. One quarter was broken off and then inserted under the bolt. I started the mower thinking I could replace the washer later, but the blade came off while running and wrecked the blade. These people are dangerous and should be shut down.
