This is hands down the best collision place in all of McDonough. A lot of places will go out of their way to trick you into buying & replacing things you don't need but Dennis(the owner) is not like that at all. He does great work at fair prices & only charges you for what really needs fixing or replacing. He will give you a free estimate for any installation or repair work. He also has a machine for leak checking & recharching air conditioners low on freon. He has several lifts & can handle just about any automotive task from a simple oil change to a full motor swap. Call them they can help you out and get you out of a car jam

I'm a retired mechanic. After I retired I had gotten a shop to do work on my own car. But I had to let it go I was starting to feel the hurt from all those motor swaps I did back in the day. So one day I was talking to my buddy, He said he found a shop. D&D auto......i was kinda yea yea another shop. "let's see how long this one takes before they see us then try to cheat us out of money" But over time he would keep telling me about the shop and how Dennis the owner of D&D Auto, would give him great prices and have a good turn around on big jobs and I must say after seeing how clean the work was on their website. I went over there myself and started having them do the work on my car. I must say I never thought I would see the day that I let someone else work on my pride and joy. I can't put in word how well the Services are all I can say is go see for yourself. Work I have had done to date by D&D Auto. A/C charge, seals, and heat wrap A/C lines. Extended studs front hubs only. Inner and outer tie rods. Custom race dash. D&D Auto Desman Racing Sound proofing removal.

I am satisified with the services I got from here. My Audi A4s check engine light came on I didn't know what it could have been. I went to Firestone and they charged me $100 for a diagnostic they told me what was wrong but my warranty was over a few months ago so they told me an arm and a leg just to get my car repaired. I went home and searched for auto repair shop around McDonough and found D&D. I went there and I was given an estimate on my cars repair. Within minutes of having my car they hooked it up and found what made my check engine light come on. All it needed was a tuneup like oil change spark plugs changed and alignment. My cars did also tell me it needed that so I should have probly not waited because the results came back bad on that but they got it straight again! 373 mcdonough parkway mcdonough ga is where everyone should go!

I had a small fender bender where a woman pulled into the side of my car while pulling out of her street parking spot. State Farm, her insurance, made things incredibly easy. They told me I could either get an estimate and take it to get repaired somewhere, or I could use one of their preferred providers and not have to put down a penny of my own money. I was a little nervous that the "preferred providers" would be junk, but when I started looking at reviews, D&D Kustom Collision Tech looked great especially the two reviews on this page, which seem to be the exception for me to had taken my car in. And they were! I had a serious dent in my passenger side fender, and scraping on the side mirror and all along the passenger side. They were flexible in when I could get my car appraised, which was a very quick process (less than 15 minutes). They called a few days later to say the parts had arrived to get my car repaired, I had dropped my car off with them already so they informed me that work was starting on it. I stopped by on Tuesday during my lunch break - their partnership with Enterprise is great, as it allows sort of a one-stop-shopping to make sure I wasn't lacking a vehicle for any time at all. State Farm paid for that too. On Friday evening, they called to say my car was done.

I went in for a quote for the paint for my truck and i was lead the right way into what take care of it. I thought it would be ok to just paint a little part of it but it would be better to just re paint the whole car so that it could be done perfectly

I was driving by D & D's new location in McDonough and stopped in to ask about some frontend damage I have on my vehicle. The first thing I noticed is that their new location is rather nice. Anyhow, one of the guys from the shop came out to my car and explained, what might need to be done to the car if I chose to have the damage repaired. Now, while I have yet to get my vehicle repaired I can say this, I'm sure when I do it will be with these guys. Their customer service really is exceptional.

I got my car in May 2009. I purchased it after my husband passed away; he had always wanted me to have a customized car, so my car is very important to me for that reason. Immediately after I brought my car to D & D Kustoms for my car to be personalized to suite me. The work was incredible. Then I was rear ended at a stop light, so I returned my car back to D & D for the repair work, I was very impressed with the care they took to determine if any of my custom parts had been damaged along with the outside rear damage. I got my car back in great time, but was hit by a school bus a week later. Now my luck maybe bad the car still looks great, you would never know it has ever been involved in an accident at, let alone two. So now that I am officially a regular there, I can tell you the staff is very knowledgeable, and friendly. From my custom work to my collision repairs it's definitely the best shop, hands down.
