My experience: Beware! Please read their reviews! They have a history of scamming clients! The person they sent to my house (Richard) told us we didn't have a leak. Despite the fact that I could hear the leak as he lied. He was merely interested in collecting my home warranty deductible because they're lazy, lying on artists! We contacted our home warranty company who made us wait days for another technician. In this time, we did have a leak which came through our ceiling and destroyed our home theatre and 1st floor bathroom. It cost us thousands of dollars! In the meantime, this loser broke our air conditioning unit by kicking part of it in the attic. This was so bizarre that I researched the company and found numerous reviews which were similar. In fact, DNB recently had done this same thing (denying leaks and homeowners later flooded) to other clients who I found complaining on social media!! They are absolute fraudsters and I have made it my mission to do whatever it takes to shut them down. Beware of Valerie Kay Ambrovich and her fake associates and fake reviews of her sham business. She's using her retired ex husbands plumbing license (Daniel Nathaniel Blake 'DNB') to run this scam operation.

If I could rate DNB Plumbing a -0, I would! Richard made the situation with my toilet worse!!! As I am typing this message there is a constant flow of water running from the toilet because he installed ill fitting plug and parts despite my request for identical or comparable parts. Now I have to wiggle the handle after each flush and the tank takes more than 10 minutes to fill. These are all issues that I DIDN'T have BEFORE he arrived. My experience with this plumbing company has been the worst and most inconvenient and the owner is beyond rude and disrespectful. She won't allow the customer to explain their concerns without constantly interrupting. They have been to my home twice already; the initial visit was unsuccessful because the tech didn't have replacement parts and needed to order. I specifically requested the same parts. I hadn't heard back from DNB for nearly two weeks and had to actually call them to follow up on my service request which is unacceptable. Then Richard seemed clueless about what needs to happen in order to fix the toilet. Richard was going in and out and of my home at least 9 or more times! He ended up changing the handle on the toilet without my permission (I guess because he couldn't figure out how to make my dual flush handle work) I do not want the $2 handle he installed, I wanted the same dual flush handle and pump system.

Wow...very wary of this company at outset due to all the negative reviews, so much so that I had another plumber visit after my home warranty company sent DNB. His diagnosis was identical and pricing higher. I must admit that I am a true fan now that I've had DNB in my home. Their representative plumbers were all very experienced and courteous and worked with me to fix my "out of code" problems in a manner that was affordable, HOA -friendly and esthetically pleasing. Val (office) was very candid and knowledgeable. I would unequivocally recommend DNB to anyone needing a plumber. Thanks Robert, Giovanni and Juan. Nice work.

I found the 3 techs that have visited my home in the last 3 years to be very professional and extremely good. They arrived promptly and repaired my plumbing issues. This company has been in business for 21 years and I am pleased to see that they are still keep their cost low for customers.

They are extremely lacking in the customer serving department and are unorganized. The women in the office are very rude and not helpful. I needed a new hot water heater. After 4 techs and 2 different diagnoses, I finally had a "new" hot water heater at my house - only it didn't work. They had to take it back and bring out another one. In addition, being in Conroe, I had to have a permit from the city to have a hot water heater installed. They charged me $125 for a $31 permit and they would not allow me to go to the court house to get the permit in order to save money. I would not recommend this company.
