Please do not hire this company. I must admit that my initial interaction with Mr. Parrish was pleasant and that he came the following day after my initial call. Upon arrival I told him both units were frozen the previous day. He proceeded to add freon to one unit, didn't know what was wrong with the second unit, spend about 30 minutes here, then charged me $375 (quite excessive). Within 2 weeks the second unit was failing again. He failed to return my first 2 calls then we got him on the 3rd attempt. He said he would be here at 2pm - we never heard from him or saw him again. He failed to return 2 additional calls. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We have been using Dale Parish for 6yrs, till Nathan passed he was the only one to touch my unit. now Dale has come to my house after 6 visits for the heat not coming on (it worked when he was here but when he left with in 10 min the unit cut off for good everytime)he told me every reason as to what was wrong. I called some else the told me it was the gas valve and he showed me how someone had broked the sheet metal for the burners, had the heat come on it could have caused real damage. I call Dale askin for a refund, het told me flat out no, he needed to pay for his gas, for coming to house*****BEWARE BAD COMPANY*******

Called in the morning and was told someone would be there by noon. At 2:00 I called again to find out what happened. The owner called and said he was on his way (was putting my address in his GPS as we spoke) By 5:00 still no one so started to call again but no one would answer the phone. I left a message and never got a call back. If you can't make it thats fine , but at least have the common courtesy to let someone know.

My furnace went out, my home warranty service company failed to identify and correct the problem. I called Dale Parrish, he came out immediately an identified the problem, he showed me the broken part and promised me that my family would have heat by that night. He replaced the unit by that evening and we had heat before night fell. Promise Made - Promise Delivered!

Dale Parrish HVAC has got to be the worst mistake I have made as it pertains to hiring a contractor. I have a very ill friend that was in the hospital and her AC went out. I called Dale based on the reviews. Dale missed our very first appointment. He and his son have subsequently taken 3,500 dollars from my friend's homeowners insurance policy, missed numerous scheduled appointments, and here we are 8 visits and five months later and my ill friend cannot be at her house where her oxygen and her dialysis machine are due to a malfunctioning new AC unit. Today after I called Mr Parrish to complain and tell him how dire the situation was he had the nerve to say... "If she is so ill why aren't you here in Atlanta taking care of her" (She is a dear FRIEND and I live and work in Savannah) I was appalled! My only recourse is to post this and consult with an attorney and the homeowners company. ***This is the type of person and company we all worry about getting involved with**** Please keep looking as this has been a disaster!

We had him for several years to service our a/c. Then.. truth comes out. Our furnace was rusty and the coil was leaking. He KNOWINGLY put freon in a a/c unit that leaked it all out by the next day. Then charged us 400 bucks for the service. Supposedy fixed a "broken part" , only to find that the part wasnt broken. We got charged for that anyway. Um.He's lied to us about things on the furnace. ( supposedly not being able to find moblile home size units. But our new service man knew right were to go. ( wow.. who wouldve figured ? ).Hes not shown up for appointments from neighbors needing service. Please beware. Hes real nice and provides good service at first. But after awhile he does a 180 and proceeds to lie and rip you off. You're better off finding someone else.

Next day quote, next day install, friendly, courteous, quick, great value, no BS. I highly recommend. Other HVAC guys are very shady and pressure you...Nathan provided a straightforward quote, gave the pros/cons, provided some options, and made it very simple and straightforward.

Very customer friendly. Armed me with lots of info about my A/C systems. Arrived on-time, replaced my one unit's capacitor, tested both my outdoor units, and replaced my filters. All for lower than other companies quoted. Highly recommend this company!

I have used DALE PARRISH HVAC since 1988. My last experience with them involved a service call for low AC coolant. The builder had serviced the AC unit for the prior 2 years, and it still leaked. Dale's son-in-law came out and worked in an extremely hot attic crawl space until he located a poorly soldered fitting, made by the original HVAC company. All the other services had missed it. DP HVAC fixed it and it never leaked again. Their prices are very reasonable, their service is outstanding.

Dale Parrish has serviced our equipment for more than 5 years. We have also purchased replacement equipment from him, Pricing, Quality and Value have been superb! I continue to recomend Dale Parrish Heating and air whenever I can.

If you want the uptown guys with Sunglasses or one of the other folks you hear on the radio go ahead and spend about 10 times too much. Dale Parrish runs a good old school HVAC Company and charges a fair price. My Heating system is over 35 years old and only got a very soft sell for a new one afer fixing the old one with a very minimal repair.

1. Based on referral called on Monday to schedule service Thursday @10:30. Spoke at length about prob.(talked to owner) Owner called back 15 mins later verifying address, directions 2. 10:45 Thursday we called as no one showed up. office had no record of apt, spoke to owner who vaguely recalled conversation. We fax map, info, verified receipt. 3. office called at 2:00 saying they didn't go to our area. (huh? we had already discussed our locale/directions) 4. owner called, said said would be out @4:00. Blamed office for confusion. No show (again), we call. Said would be out at 6. Never showed/called 5. we call @ 9:30 next day. Owner to call back. 6. office calls back @ 10:00 asking "did we just called to cancel an appointment" (huh?). After replying "no" office states we are out of their area, and can't help us. 7. the high today is 99. PERHAPS ALL THE GOOD RATINGS FOR THIS BUSINESS ARE LONG TIME FRIENDS/FAMILY. THIS IS TRULY THE SORRIEST SERVICE WE HAVE EVER HAD... HOW WILL THEY TAKE CARE OF YOU IF THEY TAKE CARE OF NEW CUSTOMERS THIS WAY?
