My wife and I consider our selves to be pretty picky with our yard. We have went through about 3 landscapers over the last 2 years. JML came highly recommended and we have been with them for about 8 months now with zero complants. Great job always on time and a full service company.

We had him install sod in our yard in February of 2007. It is now the middle of June 2007 and a 1/4 of our yard is dead. We have contacted him a number of times and he will not return our phone calls. He stated that he would replace any sod that died garunteed. More like garunteed to not return your calls!

First of all we never gave Jessica a written or verbal warranty on the sod. We layed the sod in mid February 2007. We had recieved a large amount of rain this month and her yard was a shady mud hole. I recommended another type of grass other than Bermuda because of the shade. Bermuda was all that fit in to the budget and they wanted it done right away because of the dogs tracking mud into their home. Against my recommendations we sodded the yard with Bermuda right ontop of the mud. We had to lay boards down on the ground just to walk across the yard. I feel that they judge us unfairly. The grass did not die from result of anything we did. It was just way to shady to ever do well. It is JML's policie to warranty plants and grass that are placed in the proper enviroment. Each warranty is diffrent depending on the conditions. Example. It is hard for a landscaper to warranty plants during a drought with water bans. We can not warranty sun loving Bermuda sod when layed in a shady area behnd a home.
