Dropped off three pieces, medium, large, and larger. Was told "This item may cost more, we will call you when we find out." in regards to the largest item. They never called call so I assumed they cost the same. Was also told they would be ready on Thursday. I went on Thursday evening and they were not there. When I went back the larger item was $10 more. Not a significant difference but since they didn't call I didn't feel obligated to pay; especially since the items were not ready on time. The employee absolutely refused to acknowledge my complaints as legitimate. During the argument he tried to tell me the item cost $80! I asked him how that is possible when he already told me it was $50. He was trying to say he was already giving me a discount when the charge slip showed the amounts and did not indicate a discount. His argument was that it was cheaper because there were three items. Fair enough, so the price is what it is for that size item with multiple pieces, not a discount for being late and failure to contact the customer. A dry cleaner is a dry cleaner as far as cleanliness goes, it's customer service and satisfaction that I look for. This place completely failed.

I had some pants hemmed at Dantes and was very pleased with the great service. I was kindly greeted with a smile. They were able to have my pants ready on very short notice and they turned out just how I wanted. I will definately return here for all my dry cleaning and alteration needs.
