We have purchased sports footwear regularly at DB Sports, until today. My wife politley inquired about what they would do for her regarding an uncomfortable, almost new pair of Asics (purchased from them). The answer: Nothing. Had they said, "Keep them (and the store will keep the money) and we'll give you 50% off a different new pair," we'd still be customers. And they would have made a SECOND sale to us AND most likely made money on that one, too. They've now lost us forever and we will be actively spreading the word to friends, relatives, co-workers, and on social networks. Pure foolishness and poor business sense on their part as they showed a lack of caring or concern toward a loyal customer. But they have a right to be that way, and we have a right to spread the word about our experience.
