We are a full service veterinary clinic serving North Phoenix. We offer complete veterinary care along with doggie day care, boarding, grooming and training. Our hospital is over 10,000 sq. ft and sits on a 1 acre lot. The entire back lot of the hospital is open space for our patients, day care clients and boarding clients to run free. Our veterinary staff is experienced and compassionate. We except walk-ins and appointments.
This is the best Animal Hospital I have ever been to. My pets have been under their care for over 6 years. They were kind and courteous from the moment we came through the door. The facility is beautiful and the Veterinarians can talk to you in plain English. The doctors and staff have a very caring attitude and I am extremely happy to recommend them to anyone seeking health care, boarding or grooming.

It is my opinion that Deer Creek is one of the best vet clinics in Arizona. I have visited a few and the Vets at Deer Creek have been the most caring and most knowledgeable. We have been taking our dog to see Dr. Robbins for about 2 years and we are more impressed after each visit. She really listens to us and we are certain she provides the best care possible. It is hard to find a Vet that is smart and caring. The staff at Deer Creek are great and we recommend them to all our friends.

I took my kitten in to have a simple surgery and they call me after surgery to tell me he is okay then I found out 3 days later before I pick him up that he actually had a stroke after surgery. My cat is now deaf and does not have good balance. He cannot hold his head still and can no longer jump around or land on his feet. They somehow screwed up during/after surgery and tried to hide it from me after they saw that he was not improving. I wouldn't take my pet here again if their life depended on it. My cat will suffer for the rest of his life...how ever long that may be. Oh, and I had to pay for everything...never even got an "I'm sorry"....just a "here you go....your cat is screwed up now."

The staff and Dr. Thomaseec were extremely kind and caring. Dr. Thomaseec even called a couple of days later to check how my dog was doing. Nice Facility, clean, large and open.

I am actually got called to Deer Creek Animal Hospital for an IT call. I spent the day working on computers, but was very impressed with their staff and care of the patients as they worked around me. So when it came time to take my dog to the vet for a problem, they came straight to mind. I took him in and was throughly impressed with the doctors and the staff. They have a very impressive state-of-the-art facility with a full acre in the back for their boarders to roam. Their daily daycare animals roam the halls (though not the exam or treatment area) and the back. When it came time for the bill, I didn't go into shock myself as I usually do with vets. It wasn't cheap, but very fair and the the care is exceptional(hence the great value rating).

I was looking for a new vet clinic after my animal's vet retired, and contacted Deer Creek Animal Hospital because it was close to my home. My dog is deathly afraid of vets and strangers. Dr. Higgins was incredible--she was extremely patient and understanding. While she was talking to my dog (on the floor) and petting her very gently with one hand, she popped the lids off the shots and quickly administered them with the other hand--without my dog even knowing. The technician was the same way--very patient and understanding. I will not hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone. Also worthy of mentioning, the waiting area is huge--perfect for walking my dog around while she was nervous.
