I not only enjoy the flights with Delta and feel they have great service but, they had to cancel my flight once due to mechanics and they had no problem putting me on another airline first class and I didn't have to pay a penny. They payed the extra and put me on first class.

We fly in and out of Little Rock a lot on Delta. I have not had a problem with them but I wish the fares were better. They have the flight times I need and they have never lost my luggage.

Great company to do business with. Made contact and requested to speak with a customer service representative to confirm flight plans when paper ticket did not show as promised. Issue was investigated and resolved within minutes. No time wasted for a long hold and address correction was made and tickets received within two days. One stop shopping.
