I would not recommend services at this business. The business sign states $2.50 Dry Cleaner, however, when I took my garments in for the first time, I was advised the price had increased by $1.00, although this is not posted anywhere. Because I was not aware of the increase, the representative did honor the posted price, but said this was only because I was not aware of the increase. When I picked up my items, 3 of the 5 shirts I took in where ruined, and one was still being cleaned. I was promised that it would be ready the next day, but did not actually get the garment back until the following week. The shirts shrunk and it appeared that an attempted was made to stretch them back out. I took the items back in, with a duplicate of the shirt in a different color to show them the size difference. I was advised that the heat from dry cleaning probably shrunk the shirts and the solution offered was to dry-clean them again. I declined this offer and was advised I would be contacted by management to discuss further. To date I have not received contact from management staff. I have not even been offered a refund on the cost of the service which damaged my $100+ worth of clothing.
