I have been going to this Dental office for 6 years now. I have always had a great experience and the staff are wonderful. The office is very clean and well organized. They go above and beyond to make your experience great. A dental experience should be painless and that's why I love this place. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a warm welcoming dental office.

ATLANTAMOM33, This is Dr Abbott, owner/founder of Dental TLC. I take any less than positive reviews seriously. I am so sorry about your disappointment and have discussed this matter at length with my staff. The few negative reviews we receive have a common theme, INSURANCE COMPANIES and money. Dental Insurance isn't insurance, it's a COUPON! From every dollar they collect from policy holders, they take 40% in expenses. Then, they create cantankerous rules to spoil the dentist/patient relationship. Why? Profits. They would be so happy to read your review, they won this round. In general though, my insurance staff does a wonderful job navigating our patients through their insurance minefield. You are welcome back to Dental TLC any time. If not, good luck out there.
I was nervous to go back to the dentist because I had waited too long! Barbara, Bree, and Dr. Patel made this visit as enjoyable as possible and they were all very professional and friendly. The ladies at the reception desk were also very welcoming and helpful. All around the best dental visit I have ever had!

They talked me into bleaching tray for teeth that had veneers. Another dentist told me that was a rip off; that veneers cant be bleached. Also, cleanings were always way too quick, it cant be done correctly in 15 minutes. Now the office charges no show fees and argue that any appointments that were "rescheduled" also count against the patient. Poor management. No patient courtesy. Its all about the money, so watch your wallet. They take advantage of the unknowing patient.

This is Dr Abbott, owner and founder of Dental TLC. I take any negative review seriously. "Time lost has a cost." You have no-showed on so many appointments, we are thrilled to hear you have gone elsewhere. BTW, only 4 of your teeth have veneers, the rest will bleach just fine.
No waiting here. They truly value their patient's time and appreciate you as a customer. The cleanings are done by professionals and the added bonus is you get to watch TV while they are doing their job.

I will never go to another dentist. I walked thru the door and was greeted by a warm friendly staff. I had my regular cleaning and a filling redone the work was quality, the staff was proficient, the musically themed rooms made it a fun and whimsical experience. I reccomend this office to anyone that is nervous about going to the dentist.

I have never been to a dental office that is so full of laughter. The people at Dental TLC are a rare gem. I'd heard about this office for years and had not gone until now, this place is clean, friendly and fair. I really enjoyed my visit!!!

Dental TLC is simply the Best! I have had a terrible fear of the dentist for a great number of years, I had a few bad experiences previously and that literally kept me from returning to see a dentist for 10+ yrs. My wife started going to Dental TLC about a year ago and would come home raving about her great experiences, so after a few months of hesitation, I went for a cleaning which of course revealed that I needed additional care which I nervously went in for earlier this week. I honestly couldn't believe how great my visit went! Dr. McNay and his assistant Heather did a wonderful job of keeping me comfortable and also Dr. McNay kept me cracking up with jokes throughout the entire procedure. Dr. Abbott, I must tell you that you have a great office and a terrific staff! Thank you! Dr. McNay is THE MAN! :-) As odd as it sounds since for so long, I would DREAD even the idea of going to the dentist, I am actually excited about my next visit and having the rest of the dental work done to improve my oral health. Thank you again!!

Free initial consultation and X-rays. Staff are unbelievably polite and nice. Televisions on wall and ceiling at the chair. Numbing gel reduced discomfort. Service can be slow because multiple people are responsible for your care. Quality dentistry at a good price.

The service was amazing. I visited this office awhile ago but I look forward to going back soon. The staff was very friendly and there was not a long wait. Not only did I get exactly what I needed, I received more than expected. Even my girlfriend enjoyed herself. This is by far the best dentist ever. I would more than happy to recommend this place to anyone.

Dr. Abbott performed a root canal on tooth #14 ($1,695), which included a prefabricated post & core ($315), a Molar ($895) and another prefabricated post & core ($325) over a two year period. The tooth continued to bother me so Dr. Abbott sent me to a specialist who performed another root canal, which cost me $1,895. So thanks to the original work done by Dr. Abbott, I have a tooth that cost me $5,080. I asked Dr. Abbott's office about this and was told that Dr. Abbott didn't guarantee work that was 2 years old. They did reimburse me $137 ?? I will never go back to Dental TLC. I recently spoke with another dentist and told him this story, he was very surprised that a reputable dentist would not guarantee his work regardless of the amount of time that had passed.

AZ, This is Dr Abbott. So sorry you feel this way. We honestly tried our best. If you have found a dentist who will guarantee his work for a lifetime, stick with him. 28 years of dentistry have taught me otherwise. I wish all my work would last forever! :(
