I called and made an appointment for a Saturday for a filling. The girl on the phone was eating a donut or something as she talked to me. She asked for my insurance information to verify my coverage. I show up 10 minutes early for my 1:00 PM appointment only to wait almost an hour because the doctor saw an "emergency walk-in", who didn't have an appointment first. Then they say they can't do my filling because they can't verify my insurance because their system was down. I said I gave all the info to the girl days ago when I made the appointment! They were like, "oh well, you can pay cash if you like". I walked out. The place is old and gross too.

They will continually tell you that your visit will be covered by your insurance (when making your appointment, when at your appointment) then realize that they "counted wrong" and "I'm sorry but you do owe $100 and we can't do anything about that"...which is really helpful when you believed you didn't need the appointment, stated so and got convinced to come because it would be covered.

I really wish I wasn't enticed by their stupid coupon into going there. The customer service sucks. You place an appointment for a specific date, they call the day ahead to confirm only to call the day of and cancel. I had this happen more than once. Now I have to wait almost a month for my appointment.
