I am the owner of a 2007 Kia Rio I like the car great warranty and great gas milage but the car is not the issue. My mother bought a Kia Rio from Dessert Kia for $20,000 if you know anything about this car you would know that it's a $12,000 Thats right my mom got riped off. I went to the show room to talk to the manager and the only way I could get my moms deal dropped was to get that same car for a better deal. I talked the down to selling us both cars at $12,500. The manager was a nice guy and yeah he did his job, but come time for me to sign the papers they tried to wheel and deal more money. I walked out with a loan for $16,500 I will never return to them and I would not recommend there service.

The salesman at Desert Kia were so horrible it was sad. They were lying and rude and had no sense of how to treat a young couple looking for a car. They tried to suck us into a deal on a car that they were charging almost $6,000.00 over what it was worth!! When I told them I was not comfortable with making the deal, they continued to push until I got to the point where I was no longer comfortable being there, so we left. And we got a MUCH better deal at Earnhardts on a BRAND NEW car!!!!!! I would NOT recommend this car lot to anyone!!!
