My wife and I found out about Dr. McCarthy-Keith and GRS through research. We were looking for an office in which we could feel safe and comfortable as a lesbian couple. She and her staff were very patient and positive throughout quite a lengthy process. The wait times weren't too long, and they were able to take care of us when Dr. MK wasn't available. When we got the news that we were pregnant, Dr. MK seemed genuinely enthused and was helpful from the first visit to the last. She was also able to refer us to a lovely OBGYN. We will definitely return to Dr. MK at GRS in the future, and we have referred our other friends.

My husband and I was trying to conceive for two years. After visiting another reproductive specialist in our area, we did not feel the compassion expected to make the process a little easier for us. We decided to hold off thinking maybe it's not the time. A year later we decided to try it again and that's when I start researching and ran in to the Bio of Dr. McCarthy-Keith. Our very first visit was great, I knew she was going to make our dreams come true. My husband said right away that he was impressed with her. Our visits was nothing but the best. I felt like they were my family and could not complain about anything that was done. After our first cycle was unsuccessful, Dr. MK called and me personnally and explained to me how bad she felt and is praying for us. That made me feel so Bless to have her on my team, because when I didn't even think to pray about it and hope to even do it again; she was already doing that along with being optimistic for a successful transfer. With all prayers we went along with a second cycle and the FET was a success. I am three months pregnant and could not thank her enough for her expertise, compassion and willing to do everything in her power to make sure we walked out of that office pregnant. She is the BEST!!!!!!

Dr. McCarthy-Keith and her team is wonderful. I had three miscarriage and one was an ectopic pregnancy. I later find out that both of my tubes are blocked. I was referred to Dr. McCarthy-Keith by my obgyn and that was the best thing she could ever tell my husband and I. Dr. McCarthy-Keith walked my husband and I through every step in the process of IVF. I can say that we are pregnant and THANK YOU to Dr. McCarthy-Keith and her team. The team kept me calm when I was scared and if I had any question they answered it until I had no other question to ask. I am not saying your body is not going to go through anything, I'm just saying Dr. McCarthy-Keith and her team made it comfortable to go through it. THANKS AGAIN Dr. McCarthy-Keith.

Dr. McCarthy-Keith (Doc) and the GRS staff are amazing! I couldn't have had a better experience. My husband and I visited another fertility clinic years ago and we did not get that warm fuzzy feeling that we were seeking. Our first encounter with Dr. McCarthy-Keith was awesome. She was very kind, emphatic, caring and thorough. She took her time to explain all of our options. I was referred to Doc by my gynecologist. She gave Doc a raving review. It took me two years to actually move forward and visit GRS because I had such a negative experience with a previous fertility clinic. Finally, at the tender age of 45, I took that step. I had some doubt before going in to speak to Doc, but after leaving the consultation, all doubt had gone out the window. I felt confident that I was going to have a baby of my very own. Here I am a few weeks from being 47 and 19 weeks pregnant! My due date is June 14th. This journey has been wonderful. Of course, I had a few bumps in the road and many questions. No matter how many questions I had, they never went unanswered. I will like to thank Dr. McCarthy-Keith and the entire GRS staff for such a pleasant and successful experience! God led me to GRS and for that I am forever grateful...

Dr. MK (McCarthy-Keith) was amazing to work with when we did our IVF. Her staff is also amazing. Unlike another center we tried, Dr. MK was with us EVERY step of the way. She is very personable, professional, and really cares about her patients. She even came to visit us when our baby girl was born. If you need a fertility doctor in the Atlanta area, she is hands down the best and truly a blessing from God!

We LOVED working with Dr. McCarthy-Keith (Dr. MK) and her awesome team! It was so important for me to work with a woman fertility specialist who is well-established in the field, published, who knows her stuff AND who has good bedside manner. The IVF process is stressful enough, so I needed a fertility specialist who would be understanding and attentive, but straightforward at the same time. I had a few setbacks in the IVF process (2 surgeries) and Dr. MK + team stayed hopeful and positive through it all. She even used to practice as an OB, so she walked me through ultrasounds in the few weeks after my positive pregnancy test (with my last being today!). She is the BEST!!! Her IVF nurses are awesome too: Devon, Jaclyn, and Rita. My husband and I will forever be grateful for this gift of life. Should my husband and I decide to have a second child, we will definitely want to work with Dr. MK and her team again. :)

We love Dr. McCarthy-Keith (M-K) and her entire staff! Everyone from beginning to end was awesome and we nicknamed Dr. M-K Wonder Woman. Shout out to Nurse Jaclyn who was just as fabulous and very supportive from beginning to end too. Thanks so much again as we are eternally grateful and appreciative of the entire GRS staff. All 10 fingers up for a great place that genuinely cares for you (on time!) and will do all they can to help make your family dreams come true :-)!!

Nobody wants to find themselves needing a reproductive endocrinologist, but if you have to go through this process I would strongly recommend Dr. M-K and the staff at GRS. They always made me feel cared for and it was clear on the tearful day that my husband and I "graduated" with our baby girl on the way that they couldn't have been more genuinely happy for us. Her nurses (Devon, Cherie, Lisa) are great and I couldn't have made it through without Rita who went above and beyond to take care of me. The front desk greeted me by name and everyone was always so friendly.

Sickle cell disease (SCD) is a group of inherited red blood cell disorders. The only cure for SCD is bone marrow transplant. I did not find out I had sickle cell trait until I was in my 2nd trimester with my daughter. My husband also had to be tested, he also had sickle cell trait. My OB informed us my daughter has 25% chance of having SCD. As Christians; my husband and I strongly believed she will fall into the 75% group. 9/29/15, exactly1mon after delivery; we confirmed she has SCD. The emotions were raw; devastated, angry, disappointed, extreme guilt... We channeled all energy towards finding a cure. After some research, we end up at Dr. DMK's office 8/21/2015. Although I was taking necessary medical steps to avoid having another child with SCD and desperately finding a cure for my daughter; my spirit diverged. I felt conflicted trusting God by trying a natural way or trusting God to use science to bring a solution. Dr. DMK's calm demeanor, indescribable bedside manner, professionalism, empathetic connection, positive energy, and most importantly her strong faith in God naturally instilled peace to my soul. Sounds crazy, but I can't explain it. I truly believe Dr. DMK is an angel created specifically to lift off burdens of women. Dr. DMK is not only a great doctor but an astounding human being. Words are not enough to describe how incredible Dr. DMK is. I will always hold her dear to my heart. 10wks pregnant;my son is SCD free & HLA match for his sis
ONLY God did it but he used his angel Dr. Desiree Monique McCarthy-Keith and I'm eternally grateful. YES! YES!! YES!!! I recommend Dr. DMK one hundred billion times. You won't regret it.

Dr. McCarthy-Keith (MK) is a brilliant and amazing reproductive endocrinologist. My husband and I have been trying to conceive for the past 3 1/2 years. My gynecologist referred me to Dr. MK and it was the best referral I have ever received. She was able to find the cause of my infertility and immediately put me on a plan. A year and a half later, I am now pregnant for the first time ever, and with twins. Dr. MK's bedside manner and professionalism are top-notch. You do not feel like a number or just another patient. Her and her phenomenal staff really care about you. I must say that because of the care that I received at Georgia Reproductive Specialists (GRS) and specifically from Dr. MK, I now expect the same level of care with any doctor that I see. Dr. MK has definitely set the bar. In my opinion, she is the best Reproductive Endocrinologist in Atlanta. I am truly going to miss her and the team at GRS.

My husband and I have never been able to get pregnant naturally. We've been together for a very very long time (going back to teenage years!). In the past several years, we saw a popular fertility clinic here in Atlanta and another two in New York City in between our moves. We ended up at GRS - and eventually in the hands of Dr. Keith after a recommendation. It was the best thing - at the best time - that could have happened to us. I never wanted a "hand holding" doctor, or worse, a doctor who fluffed---I wanted someone who was smart, thorough, I could trust----and someone who would come up with the right protocol and advise (PCOS). She was the real deal. Dr. Keith went right to business and after my first attempt at IVF, I'm currently 28 weeks pregnant with our first child at 41 years old. I felt like I could trust her care---even at moments when I was nervous or doubtful, something about her made me feel at ease and in good hands. Words cannot express how GRATEFUL I am to Dr. Keith and the staff of nurses at GRS (Rita, Devon..). If we decide on a second child - and given the opportunity - I know exactly where I'll end up again.... after several doctors and three different fertility clinics. Yes, highly recommend GRS. Love you Dr. Keith! :o) N/C

Dr. MK is awesome and so is her team. She listens to her patients and answers any questions you may have. During consultations she is focused on you and not other things like her cell phone (like another fertility doc we saw). She is very through and explains things in layman terms and is very patient. The staff at GRS is great as well, the finance dept. is very helpful and the nurses are great. I like that we only had one nurse to work with before the transfer and then one other one after the transfer. Its a great opportunity to build rapport with the people who are taking care of you. Both nurses were very accessible and would always return my phone calls or emails in a reasonable amount of time. The wait time at GRS is minimal usually less than 15 minutes before they call your name. We did one cycle of frozen embryo transfer and we are so happy to say that we will be expecting our first baby in July 2016!! I would recommend the reprogenetics testing to any couple going through IVF. She is hands down of the best doctors that I've met and would recommend her to anyone seeking help with infertility.

Dr. MK is the best! It was truly a blessing to have her help throughout one of the toughest and scariest parts of my life. She is so down to earth, knowledgeable, and genuine. Even in the face of (what I perceived to be) discouraging news about my AMH levels, her positivity and encouragement lifted me up and gave me the hope that I needed that we would be parents someday. Her dedication to her work, and to her patients, really shines through. The GRS staff is also amazing and they make you feel so cared for. I was so happy when we hit the jackpot and got pregnant after our first medicated IUI cycle, but I was also sad to move on from these wonderful people. I graduated with a heartfelt hug from Dr. MK and now we're awaiting the arrival of our first child in July!

Dr. M-K is incredibly smart, but also incredibly compassionate. She cares deeply about her patients, and I felt it every time I saw her (which, over the course of two years, was quite a bit). I have PCOS, and after 6 failed IUI treatments, my husband and I decided to move on to IVF. It felt like a scary decision, but Dr. M-K and the staff at GRS made the process very smooth. The entire staff is very easy to reach- they return phone calls promptly, and are accessible by email as well. Our first IVF attempt was a success, and we are now expecting boy-girl twins. I really cannot say enough good things about Dr. M-K, except that she has to be right up there with the best fertility physicians in the country. I feel very lucky that she was my doctor.
