This is the worst service provider I've ever had. I'm a small business owner and need the reliable service for business. Zing aka DSC internet service never works consistently. I speak to customer support on a weekly basis about low signals and no connectivity problems. I've purchased several different routers and cables to fix the problem and still have the same issues. The response is to buy additional equipment from them to guarantee no problems. There tech support after hour billing rate is $295/hour. With hours from 9-5, this is another way they rip you off for a service they should be providing in the first place.
