When I was pregnant with my first child Dinner a Fare was a staple for my family. I always had great service, quality food, etc. It was expensive, but I was willing to pay because it was such a huge time saver for me. After my baby was born, I went back for another round of food that I had an appointment for. I walked in with my sleeping baby in her stroller, and the lady at the front rudely (and loudly) exclaimed that children are not allowed there. She was so rude about the entire situation and it was obvious she wanted me and my baby out of the door. I was so embarrassed by the way she acted and felt humiliated. I left as soon as I could...with all customers staring. I was so surprised by the way she treated me, because they had always had such friendly staff before. I emailed the management to let them know about the situation, and was again surprised that I did not get any word back from them. I expected at least a "I'm sorry" because I was such a loyal customer. Nothing came. I have not been back since that day, and do not plan to. With the amount of money I pay for the food, I expect to be treated like a human being.
