I went there for the self-service dog wash. They don't have real dog washes, they have people bath tubs up waist high with people shower heads. They don't have a real dog ramp that goes right up over the tub either. My dog is used to an actual dog wash, not a bath tub, with a hydro-wash, etc., a ramp that walks the dog right up the tub with a door that opens so the dog can walk in and then closes and has collar hooks to hold and secure the dog in the tub. The ones I've used back East are great and only $8.00 that includes oatmeal wash, flea and tick wash, as well as regular wash and conditioner, here all that would have been extra besides the $13 for just using the wash. I thought it was a rip-off and my dog was too nervous on the unfamiliar ladder and tub so we couldn't use it. I suppose for a small dog it would do, but not for a large, thick coated, nervous dog - not at all. I couldn't see what would prevent him from jumping out while I was trying to bath him.
