I had a over heating problem and Discount Brake fixed the problem and it was half the cost in which I was told at the prior shop I was at. I found quality and honesty . A customer for life. Cindy

First it is a tranny pipe "part" plus labor. She assures me that she pays wholesale and charges me retail (I learn later that is not the case, nor is it usually). It ends up being the wrong part, because I need a radiator she says. She had told me that if that should be the case, a radiator would be 2-3hundred for the part alone. Okay. But later, when I need the radiator she tells me it is 650-700 for the part alone. "It should be made of gold for that price" she says. I find the part at Auto Zone for 300. The mark-up was so insane, and when we told the owner he said that he knew we wouldn't drive out of there for under 11-12hundred dollars. We told him that had it been more reasonable, they would have our business. I was looking for a business that I would use forever! I DID find one afterward, though. Called 3A Auto on Hatcher btwn 19 & 15 aves. Also, it should be known that the mechanic there, though, ROBERT, was AWESOME.
