Admittedly, I chose Discount Tire based solely on their prices and selection for the uncommon tire size that my truck uses, and that they were close to my work. I hate buying tires because I hate the process of cleaning the truck afterwards, where it looks like someone smeared old oil on their arms before getting in. At Discount Tire, my truck was ready quickly, the interior was exactly as I left it, the final cost was the same as the estimate down to the penny, and they followed every request and instruction. There was no high-pressure sales push for add-ons or additional work, and it is one of the cleanest stores I've ever seen. This was NOT what I expected from the cheapest place I could find! NICE JOB!

as a woman there are bunches of stereotypes about car competence. at discount tires i was not made to feel stupid because i did not know much about tires and such...i did not feel like i was being taken advantage of!

Went in to get one tired replaced. The man took a look at all of my tires, but did not pressure me into replacing more than the one. Also didn't try to get me to buy the most expensive tire. Was replaced quickly with no problem.
