I stopped by to asked a question about a possible "bubble" in one of my tires. The salesperson told me they would inspect all the tires and rotate them at no cost. I didn't believe it at first. I thought they were going to try to sell me a tire or tires but they were very honest. They said they were no problems and rotated the tires at no cost. Wow!! All in less than 10 minutes. Great service...

The manager/saleperson, Tim and Chris, would use high pressure selling technique to get you on unnecessary items on the invoice like extended warranty and new TPMS kits. Also, they would not honor their corporate price policy even though it is clear other merchants have better price on the tires set than them. These people do not have integrity and do not treat customer fairly. These managers only look for way to push up their sales.

I shopped around town for over month to find the best deal for my Mazda tires. Discount came through big time, I saved over $125 bucks and was out of there in under an hour.

Had hard to find tires, they ordered what I needed and had the tires there the next day. Quick, friendly, worth going to! Made me feel like they actually cared, not just out to sell me the most expensive tires. Am planning on returning. A well run shop!

I replaced two of my Odyssey tires with Goodyear tires there. My 4 yr old van has only 17k miles but one tire was down to 3/32 on both sides. I went to Discount Tires and they gave me $50+ for prorated credit for old tires. It may not be much but I doubt I could have gotten that out of Michelin that easily. No hassle and job done quickly. Only thing I did not like is, he mounted the tires with manufacture week/year on the inside. Not sure if that matters since I don't think these tires are directional. Also the shop inflated it to 28 psi when van asks for 35. That is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5

Went in expecting to buy 4 new tires based on performance of vehicle. Instead, the rep measured treads and said the tires only needed rotation & balancing. Nice! Plus, the car drives great now. Much cheaper than 4 new tires!
