One fixed flat, and I was hooked. I'm a single woman with a truck, and when Firestone declined to fix my flat tire because they were too busy, I was at a loss. I'd bought a single tire from Discount Tire Co. on Ben White, several months earlier and decided to try them even though I wasn't sure whether the tire I bought from Discount Tire Co. was the one leaking. They didn't give me a hard time. They just fixed it - for free - and told me to come back anytime. I've been going back ever since.

I only went for a couple new tires, but overall the people were friendly and the service was good. they even give out free water bottles. But on the downside, they were pretty busy and i waited for an hour.

I needed new tires and was tired of buying them at Wal-Mart. A friend suggested Discount Tire, so I checked them out online. I was able to select my tires online (while reading real customer reviews about the tires), schedule my appointment online, and apply for their credit card, which has 90 days no interest. When I dropped my car off, everything was ready to go and the tires had been reserved for me. It was great! I opted to purchase their road hazard protection for the tires and I'm glad I did! I ended up going home that night and popping one of my brand new tires on a curb. I called Discount Tire and they told me no problem and to bring it in the next day. When I dropped the car off they realized they didn't have anymore of my tire in stock. They then offered to drive to another location and pick up the tire for me. I was so impressed at how easy they made it to do business with them! I was EXTREMELY pleased and will NEVER buy tires anywhere else!
