We have used many contractors throughout the years. This is the first time I have felt compelled to write a review. The team that worked on our home was awesome. They answered every question, addressed every concern and did fantastic work. I am happy to recommend Diversified Stucco Services. Use them - you will not be disappointed.

I purchased a Synthetic Stucco home that I knew had a lot of problems related to the previous owners NOT doing what you need to do with the house to seal it from water intrusion. So I had to get multiple bids to get the work done. DSS did a fantastic job, coming in under the estimate they had made, and showing me numerous things that my stucco inspection report said *may* need to be addressed that we totally fine and didn't need to be fixed. Theres nothing like hearing "that right there, is in perfect condition, no need to waste money to get it addressed". They could have taken me to the cleaners because I would have believed anything they said (i dont know jack about stucco). INstead, they were honest, up front, and showed me in advance everything that needed to be addressed, and everything that didn't need to be. Highly recommended for anyone with Synthetic Stucco like myself. Eric takes his time answering all my questions (and there were a TON). 5 stars.

We have used DSS for a couple of repairs after redesigning our back and front yards. The landscaping changes called for removing a deck and extending some retaining walls up to the house. DSS did all the repair work and left the stucco looking like that was the way it was meant to be. We also used them to reseal all of our doors and windows. Their work is top notch, and the price is very reasonable. Eric is very thorough with his estimates, and even does moisture checks around the house to make sure there are no problem areas. I highly recommend DSS for any stucco work.

We had a section of our hard coat stucco repaired. DSS fixed it and fixed other problems. Excellent work in finding hidden problems. They repaired the hidden problems and did not charge for it. Eric with DSS was in constant communications with us. They finished the repairs ahead of schedule. I highly recommend DSS.

We contacted DSS to take care of a mold issue. Our house had gypsum all the way to the ground and some moisture issues resulted in mold growth on the gypsum on the inside of the wall. We needed to cut out the stucco in order to properly remove the mold. This also impacted the stone veneer on the front of the house. Eric came out and made us feel comfortable that they had seen this type of work before and that they could take care of the issue for us. Their price was very reasonable (considering another company wanted more than twice what they quoted). The final price was exactly what they estimated. They worked quickly and worked in concert with the mold remediation company that we hired. The finished product looks very good. They were able to match the color exactly and it is very difficult to tell that they were even there. The stone work they did was exceptional. I highly recommend them and would use them again if we had any stucco or stone work in the future.

I called Diversified Stucco Services (DSS) since they were well recommended on Angies List. They came out and did an assessment and estimate of recommended work on a house I was considering purchasing. Eric H came out and did a visual review and non-invaisve moisture test of the hardcoat stucco, window trim, etc. The recommendation was to do some cutback on the stucco that was below grade sue to high moisture test results and vertical stucco cracking near the foundation. Also, some window/door trim replacement and full cauking. The estimate was not small (~5K) but it is a big house. He was professional. He was able to provide a full written estimate of the suggested work that evening. After closing on the house, I contacted him and was able to negotiate a $1K reduction in price. The work they did was very good. They kept the "mess" to a minimum, were polite and professional. They showed me some potential problem areas as they did the work and kept me in the loop thoughtout the job (since I wasn't living on-site). While I might have been able to find cheaper, I think I got a good value. The only problem I experienced was that their original estimate of replacing two rotted window trims jumped to 13. This caused a significant price increase. While they showed me the work needed (so I don't think they were adding on unnecessary work), they should have done a better job setting cost expectations.
