No service since aug 2014, none in 2015 (paid for) and still none until I rec'd a bill in April for May 2016. Termite system. Tried to get refund. Brenda Gayton, Mgr. contacted more than a dozen times and does not return my calls. I talked to cust service and as of July 15 still have no return calls. I don't know if they are in financial trouble but can't seem to get a refund for 2015. It is now July, almost two years since last service. I had them get the sticks out of the ground recently and still no refund. Poor customer service by the Manager.
Termite system in ground. Not inspected as per the paid service.

This company is horrible!! We have asked them to come to our home and address our termite traps and needless to say after several calls, several "we will call you back" comments with no return calls, and a battle with the manager and VP we asked for a refund. Now we have been waiting for the refund for over a week and surprise! We have not received it. So after another call we were told we will not receive a refund until they got their stations back ( keep in mind they need to come get these stations we can't just send them to them) , the only issue with this is no one ever told us the refund was contingent on the return of the stations so we would have been waiting for ever had we not called. So they are coming to get the stations and hopefully we will get our refund and finally get rid of this terrible company.

We have been using Dixie for years and have always been pleased with their service. They are prompt and professional, and we have never had a problem. Would definitely recommend them!

I have used Dixie pest on my own personal home as well as my rental properties. They always give me a call afterwords to let me know the work has been completed and whenever paperwork has been needed after the sale of a home they get it to me quickly. Thanks Dixie.

Several years ago Dixie installed a Sentricon system for me at a much better price than their competitors charged. I can count on the guys checking the bait stations each quarter (Sam did the last one) to note any problems and take immediate action to keep my system functioning properly.

Dixie is paying customers for positive reviews, is this within the "spirit" of Kudzu? We are truly sorry and concerned that you may feel by rewarding our customers for their loyalty and kind words in some way may not be in keeping with the "spirit" of Kudzu. Our intent was very focused and specific, we were simply trying to thank our loyal customers for taking the time to post their positive experiences with Dixie. We hope, in some small way, this simply gesture is one way which separates us from the competition and helps to keep our customers coming back to Dixie year after year. We are truly proud of our customer service efforts and want to get the word out as well! However, the facts surrounding Kudzu are quite clear to most, Kudzu is a paid marketing platform by companies in order to grow their specific type of business in the Greater Metro Atlanta area. This really does not differentiate from any other type of Internet based paid marketing and sales platforms, such as: Google, Facebook, Yellow Pages, etc. It is also felt by many business owners by utilizing Internet based advertising is how many and most companies are left to advertise their businesses effectively. We have used Dixie Exterminators for over 20 years. We have had excellent service during this time. On the rare occasion we have had to call someone to come back, they have done so very quickly. The service rep always wants to make sure that we are completely happy. Would highly recommend. Excellent customer service is provided

I have been satisfied for several years with Dixie Exterminators. When I needed help getting rid of termites in my older home, they offered the best price on installing the Sentricon system, and my monthly payments are very low. Allan lets me know how things are going with a note each visit.

We've used Dixie Exterminators for 19 years and have been very pleased with their quarterly service. On the rare occasion that we've needed service in between our quarterly visits, our Dixie rep, Larry, has been very responsive. We use Dixie for our termite monitoring, too.

Very responsive, great customer service. Sounded like I was having a party in my attic, thanks to Dixie I was able to quickly and professionally take care of the squirrels before the did even more damage. An informative experience from the beginning. Will definitely use again

I have been using Dixie Exterminators for several years now for Pest Control, Termite, and recently lawn care. They are knowledgable and friendly whenever I had to call them, and I never feel pressured to buy anything I don't need. If you are tired of the big pest control companies whom do not know what true customer service is, I recommend you call Dixie Exterminators. There technicians are very consistent and personable. I have had the same technician for years, which tells you something about their company. I cannot say enough about Dixie and their services.

Addendum to post below: Dixie refunded the $ we had to pay for drywall repair and apologized profusely. When we bought this house recently, it had a termite contract with Dixie, and they supplied a clear termite letter. We tore into a wall in renovation and discovered a very large, very active termite infestation, with visible signs on both the ceiling and the outside of the house. We doubt they really did an inspection when they gave the termite letter. Then began the ordeal of trying to get them to treat and repair, since we had a repair bond. They had to "send the request upstairs." Finally it was approved, and they sent someone out to treat and 2 other guys to do the drywall repair. The drywall repair was horrid. A large part of it was done in one day--and anybody who knows drywall knows that it involves mudding and sanding over a series of days. We were left with a lumpy, bumpy mess. They cut openings too big for outlets and just stuffed mud into the opening. Then, the "handyman" asked me to sign a list of things he had done, so he "could get paid", he said. I signed and he told me he'd give me a copy. When I saw the copy he left laying outside, he had hand added a statement that with my signature, I was happy with the work done. He added it AFTER I SIGNED! We were so disgusted we just didn't even want them back to screw things up again, so we just hired a drywaller at our own expense to repair the damage. The drywaller was amazed at the shoddiness of the workmanship.

First and foremost, please accept Dixie's apologies for failure to provide you with outstanding customer service. In the professional services industry often times companies such as Dixie have to use third party contractors to perform termite repair work. Dixie prides itself on the fact that we do not have many yearly termite damage claims. Home repair is not Dixie's core service so companies in Dixie's position have to outsource this type of repair work. Unfortunately, even though they are highly screened and recommended, we are at the mercy of the quality of repair these contractors offer. This was the first time that we have been notified that there is a problem with the quality of his repair workk. Where Dixie failed is to not verbally follow-up with you to ensure his repair work was to your satisfaction. If follow-up occurred after repair work was performed, and prior to paying the contractor,we would have known you were unsatisfied with the end results. Based on your experience, we will certaintly not be using this contractor again. In addition, if you send us a copy of the receipt for the additional drywall repair work, we will reimburse you the additional repair expense.
Larry has sprayed our house for ten years, and he's knowledgeable, friendly and fast. We have them spray quarterly and have utilized Dixie for Sentricon (No issues to date).

We have tried Dixie for treating lawn for weed control and fertilization. After 2 treatments and 2 follow ups after each treatment, we still have nutsedge, bluegrass and clover. They have only charged for expensive fertilization of my weeds and have not done what they promised.

I am the owner of Dixie Green Lawns and the weeds you mentioned nutsedge, bluegrass, and clover; they are some of the most difficult weeds to control. Typically you will need to engage a lawn treatment service for a period of 4-6 months. I apologize if this information wasn't presented to you at the time of service.
