Downunder Pools and Spas

Had Rick and his buddy out to reseal and re-color our large pool waterfall. It's a fairly big job and I was hoping that for the price they quoted us we would be happy. We are VERY please with the job and the coloring makes it look more lifelike than before. 100% satisfaction...

I needed a new pump for my water fall. He installed one with half the horse power and it gets hot and shuts off. He will not answer my calls or texts. DON'T DEALS WITH HIM!! HE WILL RIP YOU OFF! DON'T CALL ANYONE WITH THE NUMBER 602-525-2108 MY PUMP ALSO LEAKS WATER SO I CAN'T RUN IT AT ALL!!!

I had rick rebuilt my pool motor.He gave me the motor in a timely manner. I installed the motor and it wasn't running right..I called him to let him know.Two months later, he still haven't given me my refund nor does he returns calls or text. if a business cant pay back $160 they shouldn't be in business. I dont recommend this guy to anybody.This guy rip me off, so dont trust him at all. I will see him in court.

we had our pool remodeled by down under pools and they did a very nice job, very impresed with there owner who took the time to listen to us on what we wanted done and then delevered in a timley manner very profesional and great pricing as well as very knolidgable about there indusrty highly recomend theses guys if you want a nice job! thanks Downunder! Very professional company that takes alot of pride in what they do. The owner "Rick" takes the time to listen to your wants and needs and his company goes the extra mile to satisfy the customer! We had Rick and his guys build a water fall on our exsisting pool and it is absolutly Beautifull! made sure that when they were working in our yard that everything wasclean and even racked the landscape rocks as they were when they came in! This person and his company take alot of pride in there work and do treat you right in your wallet! we would highly recommend downunder Pools & spas to any of our freinds and family that need pool remodeling done! and their portfolio of there work is outstanding!
