Dr. Nelson relocated to the East End in 1992 and entered into private practice with the goal of providing exceptional and caring oral surgical services to the residents of the east end of Long Island. Dr. Nelson maintains offices: Hampton Bays, Southampton, East Hampton. Former President of Southampton Hospital Dental Staff. Primary on call for OMS Southampton Hospital Emergency Room. Dr. Nelson with his wife and three sons Andrew, Michael and Lucas are full time residents of Southampton. Both Dr. Nelson and his wife Chrys are active community members. His patient's well being is his greatest priority and strives to provide quality professional care in a comfortable and safe setting. He treats all of his patients like family.
