Simply the BEST!!! Despite the long wait I had one of the smoothest doctor appointments in my life! Dr. Gafanovich is very knowledgeable, caring, efficient, and trustworthy. Highly recommended.

After reading so many positive reviews, I decided to sign up for Dr. Gafanovich premier concierge service. After being a patient for the last 6 months, I can say it's well worth it. I have a constant contact with my physician, day and night. I have same-day appointment slots, even on the busy days. My tests are returned very quickly. I also enjoy a very entertaining waiting room, although I don't have to wait most of the time. That's what I expect from a top primary care doctor.

Dr. Marina is my primary care doctor, Fortunately, I don't have to visit her more than once a year, but she makes it count! I do get a very comprehensive physical exam that unveils all underlying issues with my health. She is extremely knowledgeable and caring lady. I do appreciate her taking time to remind me of the routine visit and send me small gifts on my BD! Highly recommended.

I am going to put all 5 stars only because I personally admire Dr. Gafanovich, yet her office requires some re-consideration. I mean you have to go through some sort of a mess before you actually see the doc. She is very popular, so sometimes it feels like a boiler room inside. I remember it was once a still and quiet place. Maybe it will get a little better after implementation of all the EMR stuff. But...on the other hand I still get a first-class medical advice and treatment. And this eventually is worth the wait.

Wow, holy cow, finally a doctor who TALKS on the phone herself, this is amazing. When she is out she turns the call forwarding on and listens to your health issues from her car! This is so refreshing that there's a human and not a voice message on the other end. So efficient when it comes to appointment setting, she always has emergency slots open. The stuff is very nice and entertain you to the fullest until you see the doctor. Did I say Dr Gafanovich is one of the, no scratch that - THE most knowledgeable primary care physician in Upper East Side? I am not fond of giving out good reviews, but this woman made my day! My 5 kudzu.

Dr Marina Gafanovich just made me take care of my health. I received a birthday card (yes, she doesn't forget to mail these out to her patients - so lovely!!) with a reminder to do my annual physical. So, I did my scans and tests and I was made aware of my high cholesterol level. This could certainly lead to some severe problems, but fortunately was caught early enough for me to sleep well. Thank you so much for your care and support, Dr Gafanovich - best Manhattan Internist!

I'm a smoker. I've been smoking since my elementary school. I always knew it's dangerous but I didn't give a sh.. about this. Until one day I could not breathe freely anymore. I was afraid I had cancer. What I did first I went to that new york md, my friend recommended me. So she sent me to that nice clinic where I was examined. Thanks god I don't have that thing. But I did quit smoking. That's what I could not and didn't want to do for ages. I'm grateful to the md who sent me to that examination and supported me a lot.

Love Dr. Gafanovich, love the staff, love the location. Dr. Gafanovich spends a full hour to get to know you on your first physical, and she's personable, practical, knowledgeable and available. The staff is efficient, friendly, and accommodating. The whole system is run very well, I never have to wait long, requests are accommodated graciously and quickly, and the experience leaves you feeling very well taken care of.
