For most of my life I have had headaches & foot & back pain; not necessarily at the same time, but severe enough to seek whatever help my mother, & then I, could find. Migraines began around age 2-3, with falls & bumps a normal thing, the summer when I was 7, I came down with a mild case of polio. It lasted for 2 weeks, was very painful & I was unable to sit on my own, as the paralysis was in my back. No PT was ordered & Dr J just told Mom I should swim & take ballet to strengthen the muscles. This didn't work since I loved to play at the pool, but not work hard, & my lack of coordination didn't point me toward a career in dance! Then, in 8th grade, my dad bought me the horse I'd always wanted. Sixpence was young & spirited, as I wanted, but I loved to ride fast & he would stop & turn leaving me flat out on the ground. At 16, I was rear-ended so hard that we broke the seat back as we flew across d
I saw a few chiropractors for some relief before a friend asked if I knew that my friend was one...an excellent one. That was about 20 yrs ago. I began a relationship based on results & trust. Dr. Neal listened to my various complaimts, tell me what was going on, and proceed with his thoughtful adjustment. He would tell me if & when I should come back. I retired & moved to NC and haven't found his replacement!

Dr. Neal has been huge for me and I would recommend him to anyone in search of a chiropractor. I've experienced incredible pain relief under his treatment and his thorough and professional manner is reassuring. He communicates well the treatment options and doesn't over-treat. I couldn't imagine going to another chiropractor other than Dr. Neal.

I went to Dr. Neal after having experienced a fall, in which I suffered a fractured skull. I had taken a severe blow to the upper back as well. I was dizzy and in pain, and he worked gently and patiently, over a series of visits, to clear up all of the lingering effects I was going through. He's the best! I'm glad to see so many good reviews... he deserves it.

I woke up with pain and limping, went to my regular doctor who wanted to order an MRI. Then before I had the MRI I looked for a chiropractor and found Dr. Neal. I walked into his office as crippled person, with one leg dragging and in pain. I walked out of his office with two good legs working perfectly and no pain. Like I said, he's a miracle worker. Sincerely, Colleen Seidl

I went to see Dr. Neal for my lower back pain (hard to sit up for long periods and couldn't play sports). One of vertibrae was pinched close to another causing the pain. I was skeptical of going to a chiropractor because of hearing "once you start going, you will always have to go". I saw Dr. Neal for about six weeks a year and a half ago and have been pain free ever since. My husband started having upper back pain and didn't hesitate to make and appt with Dr. Neal.

Dr. Neal is an unusually kind and talented healer. He is constantly learning new things, and tries to find the right treatment for you. I have been to other Atlanta-area chiropractors, and this is by far the best chiropractor I've met.

I have seen many chiropractors in my days, and none have been more impressive than Rick. It's as if his hands have an intelligence of their own. I just began treatment with the BAX 3000 for my many allergies, and can't wait to experience the incredible results I have seen in the people who have gone through his office. (The office, by the way is lovely and full of natural light and comfortable chairs). All of this is topped off by Rick's friendly and accepting demeanor. Every visit is worth the drive from midtown. Don't go anywhere else!

Dr. Neal treated me for a frozen hip and shoulder. A previous chiropractor had just had me keep coming back for the same treatment, even though he wasn't making any progress. Dr. Neal doesn't work that way: he expects to see improvement, and if it doesn't happen, he'll either change techniques or suggest other therapies. I am SO much better now! Highly recommended.

My child had food allergies. Dr. Neal's Allergenix treatment was recommended to us but I was skeptical. It worked well for my 18 month old, who is now three with a very mild reaction. Thank you Dr. Neal!!

I've been receiving Dr. Rick Neal's new allergy treatments and now I can drink red wine again! While there I mentioned a sore shoulder. After xrays Dr. Neal began adjustments for my shoulder and I am doing much better. I've also been treated for sleeping problems and after several treatments I haven't slept this good in years. When I began allergy treatments I had no idea that Dr. Neal could treat my other problems, and with such success!

I am a massage therapist and a waitress. I hurt my back at work so badly that I could barely move, breathe, cough or sneeze without severe pain. I had to be able to go to work 4 days later without fail. Dr Rick Neal fixed me with wonderful, good feeling adjustments after he took x-rays. It was amazing, the quickness of my recovery and I can only attribute it to Dr. Neal's wonderful work.

Dr. Neal is a guy who wants to help you get better and he is extremely knowledgeable about the human body and is incredibly tuned-in with his diagnostic capability. He can even tell me what kinds of physical issues I have been experiencing by only examining me for a few moments. His office staff (Amanda) is effecient and helpful and they do everything possible to keep your out-of-pocket expenses low. I highly recommend Dr. Neal.
