I have a diary of over 1000 words, detailing my 6 month ordeal with this company. Long story, short. They came out with the wrong size camera for our kitchen sewer line, looked at our main line and said line was broke. Charged us $330 for 2 hours, which I was happy to pay and I initially agreed to, left for work, wife paid and they left us with no video of lines which we asked for. Told us they would come back, never did. Asked them to call city about our broken main line in the street, but their technician said was our responsibility. Researched Internet and found city is responsible and company needs to call city. They would not do it. They sent another guy who charged us another $100. City replaced line after they called. They tried to schedule me in for 3 months (runaround) to have another tech come out. About 2 weeks after I called BBB, I got a call from them asking me what time do I want them there. They also gave me back the $100, they charged me for their incompetence and their lack of trust with their so-called employee. This company has no ethics. They are hardly even a company, but individual contractors that Drain Patrol contracts. Call Bill Howe. A friend told me they were cheaper and very professional.

I have used Drain Patrol often and have continously been happy with their service. The only problem I have experienced is that they tend to run late which is under their 60 minutes or less advertisement, but when they arrive they are down to business. These guys/girls are efficient, timely and know what they are talking about. The service manager/s are polite, customer savvy and aim to please as is the whole crew. I recommend Drain Patrol to everyone and anyone that has a plumbing mishap.
