Dream Land Pet Memorial Center (Formally Pet Dreams Memorial Center) was founded by a licensed funeral director and offers the same services for pets as a traditional funeral home. Dream Land specializes in private pet cremations and offers 24/7 quick response. Not the typical milk route style crematory pickup and delivery that can take several days or weeks to pick up your pet and requires the practice of bagging and freezing. Dream Land also offers a cozy chapel and viewing area, a tribute.. center with a wide variety of high quality merchandise (urns, caskets, memorials and keepsakes), grief resources (books and online courses) and many other unique items to help you say good-bye. OUR PROMISE to our families is treat their beloved pet as a member of our own family, with love and dignity, while helping each family heal. Our "Your Pet's Life" tribute page, located on our website, allows families to share their pet's life story with friends and family all around the world, while inviting comments and testimonials to be seen from those who wish to leave them. Dream Land is affordable to everyone and we will personalize a service based on your family's wishes. Please call to talk to a caring staff member or visit our website for more information. We would be honored to serve you when the time is needed.
My beloved dog was euthanized at home on 11/11 by our wonderful vet. I called the following evening and got an imbecile in their answering service who had troubke even getting the names straight. I called again Monday...the employee had never heard of my dog, and took the detailed message without ine word of compassion, not even a simple "sorry for your loss" ... yeah, their website is really not accurate. The vet called them today...nobody can find a record of Cheggie. WHAT? SERIOUSLY? You lost my dead dog? At this point, whatever cremains I finally get WILL be tested for DNA, and if not his, there will be legal cinsequenes. Stay tuned to your local news...they are gonna be all over this. How many others are being taken advantage of this way? Use a different crematorium. Period.

The sudden heart failure of a dear pet was a very hard experience. I appreciated the service and care given to us to ease the final plans.
I completed the forms, leaving my number for calling for some questions. They called within a day and I made my selection and payment. Everything was ready when they said and we were able to pick up the ashes and memorabilia as planned. I appreciate the service.

We recently had to say good-bye to our sweet Bella. She was with us for 17 years, but unfortunately developed oral cancer. She valiantly fought it for the past several months, but has passed over the rainbow bridge where she won't suffer any more. The staff at Dream Land were wonderful. They arrived at our house after the mobile vet was there. They took very good care of our girl and were a bright spot in our time of grief. I highly recommend Dream Land to all the parents of "fur kids" out there.

Feel so blessed to have found this wonderful place. They made saying goodbye to our dear fur baby easier. We were able to honor him in a dignified manner. One which brought great comfort to this grieving family. Thank you for treating our beloved friend with such respect, love, dignity and compassion. For providing services that seemed especially for us. The compassion of your staff was exceptional. They were truly concerned about us and our loved one! They handled EVERYTHING!

We recently had to make the horrifying decision to put down our 13 year old furry baby Foxie. While this was absolutely devastating, the process of what happens afterwards was much less stressful, because of the people at Dream Land. From the very first phone call I made to them, they were kind and compassionate and very understanding that this wasn't just a dog, but our family. They took very good care of her, while she was in their facility and then returned her remains to us in the most beautifully carved box. We also received a very detailed plaster paw print and some fur clippings, with a poem to explain the reason for the location of each fur clipping. I highly recommend Dream Land to anyone who has to go through losing their beloved pet, and will definitely use them again myself, when the time comes.

This is the second time I've used Dream Land and appreciate their professionalism and caring in my time of needs. I had to say good bye to my Nuggett kitty sooner than I thought. I had made arrangements to have her picked up on a Thursday morning but her health declined quickly and I had to say good bye late Wednesday. I called Dream Land and they were able to immediately accommodate and meet me at the vet. Bruce was there within 10 mins. of my arrival and was a comfort to me when I was going through a very difficult time. These folks are truly caring and provide such a wonderful service. I have my Nuggett back home with me and have loving memory items to keep with me forever.

When we lost our pup on a Sunday, Dreamland went out of their way to meet us after hours to care for him. Just a few days later they called to let us know he was ready for pickup. It was a very peaceful and calming experience. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I lost 2 cats who were lovingly cared for by Dream Land. I could not be more pleased with their services, which are worth every penny. And aren't your pets worth it, too? Take a look at my lovely Ashley and Felix...still remembered, still loved, and cared for so gently and with such dignity by Dream Land. God bless them.

We have used Dream Land Before and have always found them to be compassionate and caring. We called on a Saturday morning and they arrived within an hour and were very sincere and sorry for the loss. Everyone was professional and I could not imagine going anywhere else.

I can't say enough on the quality and caring service we received. We lost our beloved Cooper last week. We called Dreamland and they took it from there. They kept us informed on all stages. From pick up, to when they had him at their facility to completion. The value of what we received was amazing. Thank you Jane.

I wish I had known that they not only moved to the middle of nowhere, but they changed their hours from M-F 9-5 (and they refuse to even entertain the idea of meeting on a Saturday). Not only that, but after more than a week of not hearing anything, *I* called them and was told 'oh yeah, we need a signature'. YOU COULDN'T CALL ME IN ALL THIS TIME TO TELL ME THIS?! I'm at home, waiting to hear and this was the hold up?! INEXCUSABLE. My poor kitty was laying around, being ignored BECAUSE YOU WERE MISSING A SIGNATURE?! You have my phone number, you have my email, you have my credit card number and yet you wait for the bereaved pet parent to call? WHAT KIND OF SICKO DOES THAT?!?! Now, I am tasked with trying to figure out how to get to the middle of nowhere in the middle of the work week to pick up the remains of my family pet. Thanks for nothing. I have nothing positive to say about these people. And I am sure I will have even more negatives to share once I am stuck sitting in traffic. And in case you aren't clear: STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE AWFUL AND UNCARING.

I am so deeply grateful to Kevin, Gina, Matt, Jane and Stephen for helping us to grant our beloved German Shepherd, Izzidor, a meaningful and sacred passage with the dignity that he deserved. I will always remember their compassion and empathy in our hour of need. They provided us the peace of mind we needed during this most difficult passage. Thank you everyone at Dream Land for being our animals guardian angels. Kind Regards, Xalina and Paul

Dream Land provided a respectful, kind service for my Norman. Their process was very integrated with my vet, so I didn't feel overwhelmed at the time. They were not pushy, and were very accommodating when I needed a bit more time to be ready to pick up Norman.

Up unto about two weeks ago, I had no idea a place existed like this for furbabies. I was told of Dream Land from my Vet office. I was very impressed how professional and caring the staff was. Stephen was wonderful. He made sure I knew what the finished urn would look like and put up with my numerous emails. I highly recommend Dream Land Pet Memorial, they were wondeful and made this sad time for me much easier.
