As someone who was unhealthy and overweight all of my life, I have tried every exercise plan and diet with only negative results. Through a colleague's recommendation, I decided to give personal training one more try and, since becoming a member of Drew's studio, my expectations of assistance in reaching my fitness goals were greatly exceeded. Upon joining, I was an unhealthy 357 pounds, low self-confidence, negative body-image, and, at 31 years old, already feeling the effects carrying that much unhealthy weight had on my body. Since joining, I have lost 90 pounds (on my way to 150 pound weight-loss), increased my strength and energy, and gained self-confidence, along with a more positive body image. I feel healthy, energetic, confident, and even feel a sense of being reborn with a new, more positive outlook. These results are due to Drew's expertise in physical conditioning, strength training, and nutrition allowing him to provide a personalized exercise program to achieve my fitness goals. Additionally, Drew's 24/7 availability via phone and e-mail allows for constant, positive advice and encouragement. As I continue towards my goal, I intend to remain a member of Drew's studio as, without his help, I would not have made it this far. His calm demeanor, professionalism, expertise, and passionate commitment to his clients and their goals lay the perfect groundwork for an improved and positive existence for anyone interested in Drew as their trainer.

Approaching my 51st birthday I needed to improve my overall health and fitness but I knew I needed a partner to guide and motivate me on the journey. After some research I reached out to Drew and we discussed my current condition and my goals of losing 30 pounds and improving my overall fitness level. Drew provided some fantastic recommendations and we agreed to meet at the gym for a workout. Based on my goals, Drew quickly developed a plan that included an intense focus on nutrition, which included keeping a food log and a workout that kick-started my metabolism while improving my overall strength. Drew ensured each session was unique and challenging enough to make me think twice about showing up every day, which I continued to do like clockwork. Within the first few months, my weight dropped and my fitness level improved from me being barely able to do push-ups from my knees or run 1/4 mile to doing over 100 REAL push-ups per session and running 2 to 3 miles several times a week. Something else unexpected happened -- my doctor took me off both the blood pressure and cholesterol medications several months ago based on the progress Drew and I made. I've been working with Drew now for over 9 months, lost 35 pounds including 5 - 6 inches off my waist, and improved my overall fitness level. If you are going to get a personal trainer, you should pick someone who motivates you, gives you sustainable results and has deep knowledge of physical fitness. Drew meets all of those criteria and more. I started out as a client with Drew and three years later, I am now a personal trainer myself. I became a personal trainer so I could give the gift of personal health and physical fitness to other people, much like what Drew did for me. Drew has a deep knowledge of physical fitness and his sessions are always challenging and creative. He does not do the "same old same old" gym workout and always tailored the session to my personal goals. He made me feel important and made sure I was the only priority during our hour. The results I saw after training with Drew are the biggest testament to his skills as a trainer. When I started with Drew, I weighed over 215 pounds and my BMI was over 30%. Drew helped me lose over 40 pounds and I am proud to say that my BMI was 13% as of my last testing (May 2009) and it continues to drop. Go to Drew. He is amazing!

I have been working with Drew for almost 2 years; he has been remarkably effective and easy to work with. His professionalism is evident in his approach to fitness and nutrition, and his creativity comes through in the workouts he generates. Most importantly, I have never gotten bored while working with Drew (and I get very easily bored) and I have seen results that I would never have achieved on my own. He is fantastic.

I have been working out with Drew for about 2 years now. He still finds a way to make each workout session different. He is motivating and makes working out fun while still achieving results. I would highly recommend him to anyone ready to start getting serious about fitness and nutrition.

The best review I think I can give Drew: In over a year of working out with him, I've left every session feeling great. And during that time I've also come to genuinely respect and admire his approach to his work and his clients. Drew combines professionalism and knowledge with a genuine interest in his clients' success to create tailored workouts that get results. I'm looking forward to continuing my progress with Drew!
