I called them based off of mostly positive reviews on this site. I found the receptionist to be pleasant, but the service is a joke. I have an old home with some copper plumbing. My main water line burst underground and the techs spent about an hour digging in that spot before they decided they should branch out which ended up taking almost 5 hours. By the time they were done there were 4 large holes in my yard, 6 holes in my cinder-block wall where a spigot ran (supposedly to find out which way the main line ran along the spigot), and 2 holes inside my house (for the same reason). After all this was done I was told to call a different company with a metal detector to find the leak. Well thanks, I guess it would have been better if that had been done in the first place. In short, these people are unequipped and ill-trained for the job. I would recommend anyone to stay far away from Drew's Plumbing.
