Do Not Hire Dritech! This was the worst mistake I ever made to waterproof an 1800 sq ft ranch with a half crawlspace and half finished basement. The original job was to excavate outside of house to install jdrain. The 1st day breaking ground resulted in a destroyed front porch (backhoe destroyed hundreds of bricks on front porch), damage to my new roof (also form the backhoe hitting the roof) and a destroyed driveway. The damages alone to the house will cost nearly 45,000 to fix along with the 6500$ we paid for the waterproofing. The final kicker is the basement is still not dry and requires us to install a new internal drain system which will cost another 17,000$ do correct the water problem. At first, Dritech seemed attentive to our concerns (sending out the VP, President and owner of company). They assessed the collateral damage and brainstormed about why the basement was still wet. They promised to make it right, however, I never heard from them again. Shame on me for trustiing someones word (even though I had a warranty) and for paying in full before the issue was resolved. They wrote on the invoice they would return to fix the roof, water, brick patio and driveway but after 1.5 years of excuses, unanswered phone calls and missed appointments, I had enough and engaged their insurance company. Mistake 2. I was unable to recoup the money needed to put it back to its original shape and new issues continue to arise from their work (settling and mold). CROOKS!

This company will not stand behind their warranty. They want to be paid for the warranty work and do not communicate well. Always points finger at someone else. Leaves homeowner stranded with wet basement and there is NOTHING you can do except fix it yourself.

I paid Dri-Tech a small fortune to waterproof my basement. I even had them give me a warranty which they were reluctant to do. My home has now flooded three time since I have paid for their services and the warranty is no good. They blame everyone but themselves. They also have a million reasons why the can not answer their phone after they cash their check. Do not use Dri-Tech Waterproofing unless you wish to live a nightmare.

Lacks specifically in communication w/customer. Review quote carefully ask lots of questions. Product seems high quality. Just not dependable w/deadlines and customer communication.
