I have been harassed by a RN who wouldn't listen to a concern I had, and kept trying to force the Ring on me as a form of birth control. Needless to say, I didn't return for over a year. I decided I would give them another try this past month to see if anything had changed... And it did, somehow they're worse than before. The lady I saw was rude, cold, and didn't have a concern about any of my concerns. I had done my research about my concerns, and as a pre-med student, I am not unversed in the medical world. She only cared enough to argue my every concern. They did a urinalysis which showed I had a bladder infection, but skipped over the kidney infection I had, which I was in Urgent Care for the NEXT day. The doctors at Urgent Care were very surprised they had missed it & apologized to me for a mistake that this office had made. On top of all of this, I was told I wouldn't have any other charges, yet I have received a bill for over $500 dollars which I was never informed I would be charged for... including my visit, which I had paid for up front. They never sent the prescription they wrote to Wal-Greens, who confirmed they had no request anywhere in the system & has never had an issue receiving any prescription requests from any other doctors I've seen. They are miserable and I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

No-one there cares about you or your baby. They care about getting paid the most they can get out of you. I was misdiagnosed, misbilled and put through a lot of pain. Watch out they also give tons of c-sections. After my horrible experiences with them I mentioned to a neighbor, who's a family doctor, the issues I had and before i could tell her the practice, she guessed it "Goodman & Partridge." She and many other doctors have called them "Paper pushers and Money mills." Don't go to them.

You never actually get to see a Dr. The office staff there does the bare minimum. The PA I saw could barely answer any of my questions. They will charge you another copay just to get your test results. Each time I have been there I have overheard the staff talking about how much they do not like working there! Why would I want to go to an office that the staff doesn't even like being there?! I am currently searching for another doctor. I feel like going to this office was a complete waste of my time and money.

I would strongly suggest that people be aware before going to these doctors. I was shocked when I got back what they charged my insurance, and for an annual pap smear they milked my insurance company for 1100.00 dollars!! I now go to another doctor that I am very happy with, and an annual pap was around 300.00. I was very upset that they charged my insurance for all these different charges just to get more money out of them, and after the fact still charged me money. You can get great service at other doctors, and they are very honest with you, but please take my recommendation and don't go here!!

My husband is in the military so we move quite often and after living in many other states I can honestly say that Goodman and Partridge is the best obgyn group I've ever been to. I love how they have nice offices, nice people, smart and caring doctors, and most of all that they take most insurance including tricare. I would highly recommend Doctors Jarem, Laird, Kothari, and Icavelli. They are truly wonderful and I love seeing them. When I need to get in right away I can at at least one of their offices which is great! I don't agree with or understand what these other women are complaing about in other posts because I haven't seen any of these problems and I've been a patient for over 3 years. Maybe they are just negative people that didn't hear what they wanted to hear? The group has to please soo many women and you only from the few that come on sites like these to complain, I'm with peopleschoice, stop hating and go to the business directly to fix your problem!!

This is a careless, money hungry ob-gyn...They are the worst in AZ... They care less about how one feels...All they want is $$$$...So if planning to have drs.goodman & partridge as your ob-gyn...Think again cause you will regret it...Trust me...And all these other people on here rating it 5 stars, Thats a lie...Im sure its them writing these good reviews...Almost everybody on here rates them a 1 star provider...Beware!!!

I need to have my Mirena IUD replaced. My regular OBGYN doesn't do the Mirena anymore so despite my reservations about G&P I called them. I wish I hadn't. When I called I told them exactly what I needed and they made me an appointment for today with Jenny. I showed up 20 mins early and filled out all my paperwork and was ready to be seen at my appointment time of 3:00. Jenny didn't show up til just about 4:00. She takes all my history, and tells me that I had been treated for an STD that I don't have now or ever. Glad to know that mistake is in my chart. Is that error going to follow me around? Then and only then was I told that they can't replace my IUD until March. Why didn't someone tell me this before they made my appointment? Will they still bill my insurance for their mistake? You bet they will! I didn't end up getting out of there til 4:45. I was in the office for over two hours! The appointment was a total waste of time and money.

I visited this office for a routine annual exam to renew my Birth Control prescription . I had to wait over an hour before I was seen by Jenny ! From the moment she had walked in the room she was not pleasant with me she was extremely rude while I was telling her my medical history constantly snapping back with rude remarks. She was generally demeaning throughout the whole exam . She then told me that she was going to change my Birth control to a pill, and I told her that unfortunately I had many issues while on any pill form of birth control including irregular menstrual cycle lasting months at a time , nausea , vomiting , and extreme mood changes. and have not had any of these problems while using Nuvaring. She insisted that I change. I was uncomfortable with this so I decided to get a second opinion somewhere else. I got up, grabbed my cloths and went into the bathroom inside the exam room to change. While in the bathroom she came after me slamming the door open crushing me in between the back wall and the door . She did not apologize and had no medical reason to be in that bathroom ! I left the office shaking and crying in complete shock. She abused her power and authority and I am concerned for any other woman that she may injure. Please don't go to this office !!!! They are rude and only want your money even after all that they sent me a bill for my copay that I am still trying to work out with them and It has been over 2 weeks !

I am seriously regretting having selected this practice to care and deliver my one and only child. I cannot do something as simple as veryify receipt of a fax sent to the Chandler office without having to call a central office and have them call the Chandler office to confirm receipt of the fax and delivery to the doctor. This takes HOURS to do and is a totally inefficient practice and totally impersonal. NOBODY will give me a phone number for my Chandler office. I cannot conduct business directly with the office I go to in Chandler. This is a waste of my time and extremely annoying. When I spoke to someone in central and asked them for their name and address, I was told their first name and they stumbled on the address, saying "I'm not sure.." You're not sure of the address you drive to everyday for work? This operation is ridiculous. If I weren't near term, I would switch practices. I should have picked a small practice with more personalized service.

I am horrified with the billing practices of this office. I have been scheduling my OB appointments for 5 p.m. so I don't have to take too much time off work (I work full-time, as many pregnant women do). After three of these appointments, I received an itemized statement that showed I owe an additional $123 per appointment for "evening hours." There was no notice by office personnel or signage when I made these appointments. When I called the billing office to inquire, I was told, "We've had lots of complaints about this and we're starting to put up signs in some of the offices." SOME of the offices? How about ALL of the offices? And why do you need LOTS of complaints to do something about this? The office should have acted on this matter after only ONE complaint. I am taking my business elsewhere. Health care consumers beware!

So I did my research and checked reviews before i decided to go there. I had read horrible things about the billing and was a lil scared because im paying out of pocket untill my insurance kicked in. I chose this place bacause its in maricopa and it would be close to go. My first apointment was great my doctor is very nice and awncerd all my questions(dr Thomas) There is a long wait thats the negative part of it i was there yesterday for an hr and 45 minutes wich is long but the staff is very nice. about the changing doctors everytime you go is up to you! I asked my doctor about that and she sayd that all i had to do is ask to only see her and thats the only one ive had. So far I like it. So try for your self you might be surprised. They have been very helpfull with finding my a place were i could get labs done cheapper since im paying out of pocket. Labcor was going to charge me 570 for my first initial testing. The office found me a place called lab express, that I only ended up paying 260! so to me im willing to sit out my wait in the lobby for pp that are helping us in so many ways!

Good atmosphere, lots of staff. They have to pay for it somehow. I went in for yearly and was the first appointment of the day. they scheduled me a half hour before the doctor was supposed to be in. I waited 45 minutes just to go into the room. Dr. finishes checkup and asks if there is anything else - I said I had ovarian pain. She felt my pelvis and told me to schedule an ultrasound. THAT exchange about my ovary caused them to charge me for an "extra" office visit - an additional $260.00 on TOP of the yearly visit cost which occured at the same time BECAUSE it is not considered part of the yearly visit, but, and additional one. Don't go here but, if you do, DO NOT go in the evening or on the weekend - additional $143.00 (I had to pay $50.00 of it). Billing called me for my address and I had just moved so I didn't know it yet but wanted to stop somewhere to pick the mail up. Before I asked her where I could get it, she said "THEN WE WILL JUST SEND IT TO COLLECTIONS" and hung up. I called right back and asked to talk to the same person. She admitted having just called me and then absolutely denies talking to me and says she left me a voicemail. I said "Are you absolutely crazy?!, we just exchanged words, I told you I didn't have my address and you hung UP on me." She still denied it. Yes, I had already sent in my payment, $305.00 after insurance. Why did she want to send me a bill? My payment was a week late and they wanted 17 more dollars. Spare yourself the grief.

A year and a half ago billing incorrectly billed my insurance with a Dr.s name that I had never seen, and my insurance didn't cover. I am covered for Goodman & Partridge. My insurance thought I went to an out of network dr. I did not, I called and I thought the billing department understood and corrected this matter a year and a half ago. I just started getting bills in the mail again for the same error that their billing department made a year and a half ago. After calling to follow up every single day, I finally got the issue resolved..... I hope. ADITIONALLY: I was going to this office for 3 years for Depo injections. I was always on time or early for my appointments for a simple injection. Not only was I charged a copay every time, but I also had to wait an hour in a room, they forced me to take a pregnancy test each time, which they charge $33 for, when one is not required. The office advised that they do not feel comfortable giving the shot without the pregnancy test. (and why not, that was an extra $134 a year they got) I made the mistake of scheduling my depo shot and my yearly exam on the same day, within the same appointment. Apparently this costs extra. I now owe $75. If I had made an appointment for the exam on one day and the shot the next, I would have only been charged 2 copays at $25 each. Instead I paid 1 copay of $25, and now I owe $75. They really make out with alot of extra money, the way they do things over here.
