Mark Redman came and fixed the springs on my Garage door. He came out and did a great job. He took the time to educate me on maintenance and the safety features on my opener and even replaced a noisy wheel at no charge. Will call him again when I need more work done. I would refer him to anyone. Best price and great service, what more could you want?

The service was truly outstanding. After completing the repair Mark did not just take the payment and leave. He took the time to explain some do's and don'ts around garage door safety for me and my six year old daughter and he made sure I knew how to get out of the garage in case of a power failure. Mark provided a few minutes of great information that was certainly not necessary for the repair of my garage door. I appreciated the information and the efficient service. 5-14-2010 I called Mark at Dun-Rite Garage Doors due to his close proximity and after reading his great reviews. I too am writing a highly favorable review...just within minutes of him repairing my garage door. Somehow my garage door got off tract, the door was at a 60 degree angle, part of the door was hanging and I feared major $$ cost to reair or replace. Mark arrived - took the time he needed and got the door back on track, gave the door needed maintenance such as lubrication, tightening the tension rod, did some re-wiring, etc... and made my door work with greater safety for the price of a service call.
