The customer service is horrible. It has taken over 4 months to get two things fixed in our apartment, it was only fixed when we went over the management's head and contacted headquarters. Our water has continuously gotten worse over the past year (when we first told them it needed to be fixed - it looks like iced tea!!!). I'm not sure about you, but bathing, washing your dishes, washing your clothes in this water is DISGUSTING. We have attempted to contact their headquarters twice about the lack of concern/customer service and the fact that nobody ever calls us back. Results of those two emails? They sent the email to our resident manager...who we were trying to bypass because she never calls us back. So, apparently not even the Vice President, Human Resources, the Regional Vice President - Atlanta & DC Operations or the Vice President of Gables even return a contact. I guess that's where the terrible customer service starts? So, in short, feel free to move here if you don't want anyone treating you like a person and are self sufficient at doing any and all of your own repairs. Also, you'll love it here if you like employees that don't care that you live there, but are sure to care that you pay your rent on time. Enjoy!!! Oh, I almost forgot, they had to have a tenant meeting last night (2-28-08) with Police officers because of the safety concerns on the property. Great huh?
