This review is for the Chamblee location. I recently went in and test drove a used Volvo. When it came time to talk about price, the salesman brought me a piece of paper that he hand wrote the selling price of the car, which was their sticker price of $24,900- then had a line that said "taxes, titles, and other fees" and no dollar amount. Next line said trade-in $2200. Final price was $1000 more than the sticker price on the vehicle. Um - tax, tag & title are approx $1700. I guess he thought I was an idiot and would not realize that the blank amount of "other fees" was around $1500. Another dealership also offered us a good bit more on our trade-in. I don't trust them and will not return.

I brought my car in for a 15K service after swearing I would not go back after the 7500 service due to their rude and indifferent attitude. After making an appointment a week in advance, I was surprised that they had no information upon arrival. I then waited over 2 hours and heard nothing so I went to my service manager for an update. He told me he would check and come tell me. 15 minutes later I walked back out as he still hadn't checked and after waiting for him to take a call, he told me he hadn't checked still. Waiting for your car to be serviced is not the most pleasant thing to do but at Dyer and Dyer, they make it extremely unpleasant. This will be my last visit to this dealership.

We purchased our current Volvo from Dyer & Dyer and the lease paper work was written up for a higher price then we negotiated. When I discovered the error the business manager could not explain it or change it. We love our car and will always own Volvos but I will never buy from D&D again. (My experience was actually with the Industrial Blvd location.)

I'm on my 2nd Volvo, and truly wouldn't go anywhere else for service. They are prompt to greet you, and take care of all my service needs. The friendly atmosphere is a plus! They always follow up with a phone call too.
