Awful does not begin to describe the experience with this "company." They charge an hourly amount and promise to get the work done within in a certain time frame. However, they only complete 1/4 the amount of work you needed done, yet demand to be paid for all the hours they "worked." They assume you will continue to have the work past your time frame so they can extract as much money out of you as possible. The only problem is that you extend the work to another day, you continue to see minimal productivity. Do not hire under ANY circumstances!

The last time I had a handyman over he took over three hours to mend a few holes and so left me quite frustrated. Darrell fixed a much larger problem in much shorter time, and was even cheaper. My friend told me about him when I asked him where I could find a good handyman, and he told me Darrell was one of the most skilled and experienced guys around and so did the best work for the best value. I was quite delighted with the service and would always hire him again.

Darrell attempted to perform work in my house such as drywall repair, woodwork (moldings), painting - overall, the work of him and his crew is subpar. They charge by the hour, and seem to make every attempt to stretch out those hours as much as possible. For example - 3 man crew spending 10 hrs on one 10x12 room on wall touch up and painting and there are still thin spots in the paint, dings, over paint, paint flashing, discoloring, uneven coating, drippings, damage to new wood floors. In other areas the drywall "repairs" were also half-asked - the proper prep work was not done, the proper material was not used (they attempted to use joint compound as plaster - resulting in uneven finish, drooping, uneven texture, etc). While they charge for 3 men working, it appeared as if only one man actually worked. The other two seemed to get little-to-no production at very low quality. Additionally, Darrell makes promises and estimates he can not later substantiate or uphold - i.e. promises work will be done in a day, when in fact it will take much, much longer. Overall, this contractor seems to be very inexperienced, without basic knowledge of how long an operation takes, what are the proper materials and procedures to use, and even how to properly execute the work. They cost us thousands of dollars for very little work! for Stay away!
