I would DEFINATELY stay away from this company! We had an appointment on Monday at noon, we received a cancellation notice at 11a saying he was sick. I can accept that. He rescheduled for either early on Tuesday or later in the day (on Tue). Of course, I received a phone call at 3:30p (after me calling 2 times and leaving messages on Tue) cancelling again.

I do apologize for being sick on Monday, Jan. 21. I do not make a habit of canceling appointments, but occasionally it does happen. I offered my openings of Wednesday or Thursday to you. When it was made clear that Tuesday was your only option, I tried my best to make it work, but my schedule already had me making stops in Ellenton (south of Tifton) and Warner Robins. Eight plus hours driving makes for a long day. I would've been willing to be at your home on Wednesday, but that was not an option for you. I am sorry that you were disappointed with my service.
As the owner of an old house, drainage getting into and under the foundation is the most persistent problem I've had to deal with. Eagle advised me on how to effectively deal with this. They also inspected our new home and found several potential drainage and mold issues that I would never have caught until they damaged the house or caused mold... Professional, prompt, and thorough.

Eagle Indoor Air evaluated my home after a flood. I liked the fact they were highly recommended by my homeowners insurance company. I had some additional testing performed and they had an incredible timetable. My family is very sick from mold and bacteria and Mr. Beuerlein treated the situation with urgency and lots of communication. The dedication to achieve accuracy was evident. I will use them again and have absolutely no reservation in recommending Eagle Indoor Air to friends. Actually I already have.
