I've been going to this office for about 6 years for annual exam - got pregnant with my first child, I have pre existing hypertension... so during my preg, every check up, my BP was a little elavated, they said go home lay on your left side. they never switched meds or seemed real concern, saw a different dr w/ every visit. Ended up in the ER w/ EXTREMELY high BP @ 33 weeks, emergency csection 3 days later, with a doctor from ELOBGYN asking me "why weren't you seeing a specialist?" really???

A few Months in to my pregnancy, I had to switch Medical Insurance, and Eagle's Landing OB/GYN was reccomended to me. I have been given the run-around and been waiting on a response from them for 2 months now, on wether or not they have even received my medical records I released to them & if they will accept me as a new patient. I can't go elsewhere as they have my records. I am high risk & missing important prenatal care due to their lack of coordination & poor level of professionalism. Their office has had such a negative impact on my pregnancy, I will warn everyone against them! Pray I sort this out & find care before my delivery please!!!

I have been using this practice for over two years and it has proven to be the worst. I had my first bad experience when I had my first Mamo and they lost my images and then tried to charge me for a second set. I have had issue after issue and it is never at the fault of their staff. I would never recommend this practice to anyone.

am expecting my first child and like most I'm sure, your excited about that first visit, expecting to know a possible due date, have some blood taken and all that jazz well DON"T expect that here at Eagles Landing, the worst, first of all I got a phone call about 9ish in the morning, that the MD that I was suppose to see, had and emergency, Ok granted and the appt. would be with a Dr. Rao at 1:30, so I get there, front staff was pretty friendly, not a long wait, no longer than 15min, the nurse that called me back very laid back moving like a turtle or better yet at a snails pace, not very welcoming, no questions asked, just wt and BP taken and quietly taken to the exam room, then the Dr. shows up walks in the door introduces herself, no handshake no formal to my husband who was sitting right there, didn't ask any questions about me or family hx, nothing, only Oh, you'll be this age by birth, Ok yeah AND, no blood draw, no ultrasound, only a pelvic, this was a PELVIC, HELLO.. No bedside manners, nothing to make that day seem special..I'm expecting, can I a get a little more info..I have to be my own MD, my last cycle was in march, and you sch me to come back in JUNE, JUNE for a ULTRASOUND, OMG!!!! Needless to say I won't be returning, I'm calling my Ins company and moving on....would not recommend to first, second or even third mothers to be....

I've been going to ELOBGYN since 2002. And since they moved to the new location in Stockbridge- it has been down hill since. over an hour waiting from the front waiting area to another 30 mins. wait in the waiting area in the back. and then having to wait another 1hour in the exam room-while the drs. chat outside the door with nurses and etc. Get it together. I have given them my last dime!!!!

I came from Ohio where I was seen at Cleveland Clinic (#4 g=hospital in the country). I was very relunctant to see a doctor in GA after a doc. in Michigan had told me some horror stories about GA. I received a Pap smear an entire week before my period. After 19 years this was the worst, painful. I had slight bleeding before leaving the office and continued to bleed even heavier several days after. This has NEVER happened to me after a PAP. I called the on call line. They said that if the nurse doesn't call me back within 30 minutes call them back. I am the patient here. Well, I had to call back. I was told that MAYBE my period came on early. I said my period had been like clock work for years, its never early. I am going to see another gyno. Please don't go to Eagles Landinig OB/GYN.

The doctors at Eagles Landing Ob/Gyn repeatedly exercised poor judgement in my pregnancy (based on a 2nd opinion from a specialist) and I was constantly frustrated by their staff. It was impossible to call and speak with a live person who would listen without sending you into someone else's voicemail (and forget about their medical assistants actually answering your call - the on-call nurse doesn't even pick up!!) Further, when I complained I was told by my primary OB's medical assistant that they were just too busy with other patients to get to their voicemails in a timely manner -- or review my file before calling back. Further, they've just rearranged their waiting area to accommodate more patients but they don't seem capable of effectively caring for the ones they've got! I'm currently shopping for a new OB because the incompetence you have to put up with just isn't worth it.

I had actually heard some great things about this practice however my encounter with one doctor at the practice was not the most pleasing. I mean women understand what I mean when I say going to the OB/GYN is not a "party" The doctor I saw made me feel bad about myself and was just not very nice. I should have just seen a new doctor within the practice but I have since changed to a whole new facility

This office is Great!!! All of the nurses are wonderful and I just love the time and care that Dr. Lopatine has for all of his patients. he is always considerate and gentle.
